Pros:

Беше чусесно, настаняването беше бързо и лесно. Паркирахме близо на обществен безплатен паркинг. Има чудесна тераса с гледка към морето. Посетихме го по време на Великденските празници и в градчето се събират местните и от близките населени места. Честванията са няколко дни, едната вечер имаше и фойерверки, който се наблюдаваха от балкона. Беше много красиво, приятно и оживено. На партера на сградата и срещу нея има заведение за хранене, ресторант и дори нощен клуб. Плажовете са близо.

Pros:

Lokacija je odlicna za mesto Neos Marmaras, u centru desavanja, pored raznih lokala, restorana i barova. More je odmah ispred apartmana, deli vas samo ulicica. Problem je parking ali to je generalno veliki problem u celom Neosu, nema veze sa ovim objektom iskreno. Lilith je izuzetno prijatna i stoji na usluzi za svaki vid pomoci. Sve je ispravno u apartmanu i novo, sredjeno sa ukusom, terasa je velika sa lepom garniturom za sedenje i predivnim pogledom na more.

Schön mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

Großes Apartment (Boheme) in 2. Stock rechts ohne Aufzug. Sauber. Gastgeber kümmern bei sehr mit gutem eMail-Verkehr.
Gute Aussicht von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse (in der Vorsaison allerdings nicht hergerichtet). Vom Balkon geht der Blick über zwei gegenüberliegende Dachterrassen von Gastronomiebetrieben aufs Meer - nicht in den Hafen. Das Apartment liegt an der Hauptverkehrsader (Einbahnstraße) durch die Stadt, Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Müll einfach vor die Wohnungstür stellen war praktisch. Kleine Kiesbadebucht direkt über die Straße. Streetview nutzen wg. Lage. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso ein schöner, langer Sandstrand mit zwei Tavernen.

Cons:

Küchenausstattung bei Minizeile miserabel. 1 Topf und 1 Pfanne. Das wars. Kein Kochbesteck etc. Ohne Nespressokapseln für die vorhandene Maschine ist selbst das Zubereiten von Frühstück schwierig und bestimmt nicht "Luxury like". Parken in der Saison sicher sehr kompliziert und z.T. weiter weg. Der einzige Tisch ist der "Couchtisch" auf dem Balkon.

Our stay in beautiful Neos Marmaras was perfect. Our hosts were always on hand to accommodate our every need immediately
Pros:

Location was amazing, close to shops and restaurants. View was exceptional with top deck and our balcony overlooking the beautiful water. The apartment itself was well equipped, spotless and well within our budget.

The fact we had to leave it!!

The room was extremely clean and has very bif balcony with amazing sea view, Nespresso machine was a big plus for me☺️ Lilian and Kostas was a very kind and helpful hosts. Kostas gave me extra Nespresso capsules🎉 The location of the room is on centre of Neos Marmaras, close all restaurants and what ever you need. For our coming Khalkidiki holidays we choose Wide Blue without any question mark. Thank you Lilian&Kostas, see you again🥰
