A hotel with great potential, but the room was unacceptable.
Pros:

The property boasts amazing views over Skiathos, a lovely pool area, and the staff were friendly and attentive. But sadly, these positive aspects were overshadowed by the condition of the room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and was clearly in need of renovation. It also felt extremely humid, and the shower had visible mold, which made it feel unhygienic.

Another major issue was the room door, which had a glass panel. The corridor lights remained on throughout the night, and because we couldn’t switch them off or cover the glass, the room never became properly dark. As a result, we had a very poor night’s sleep.

Overall, the room did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort, and I would not recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

Bella struttura, con piscina e vista spettacolare. Ottima colazione. Stanze piccole ma pulite e funzionali. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. In assenza di taxi disponili la proprietaria ci è venuta a prendere in aeroporto.

This was once a stunning property according to the photos. Now a nice place for a night after arriving in Skiathos.

Disappointed
Pros:

Host Maria was so kind and welcoming on our arrival and made us some great sandwiches.
The pool area is clean and has great views.

Cons:

The room was not as advertised. Damage to cupboards and interior with very dark dated decor. As we walked into our room a strong smell of damp hit us. The patio doors didn't lock very well so we didn't feel safe to sleep here.
This is advertised as a 4* hotel but it did not meet expectations.
We cancelled our stay and left. The management were kind enough to offer a discount.

Très bon hotel cela fait la 2ème fois que l'on y séjourne
Pros:

Super emplacement pour cet hôtel, proche du centre-ville et de l'aéroport mais très calme. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, copieux et fait de produits locaux. Les chambres sont simples, fonctionnelles et d'une propreté irréprochable.

Cons:

Pression de la douche et réglage de la température un peu capricieux.

Pros:

L'hotel si trova in posizione collinare, a breve distanza dalla città di Skiathos, una posizione comoda sia per raggiungere il centro che per esplorare il resto dell'isola. La vista è molto bella e rappresenta sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura. La colazione era varia e di buona qualità. Inoltre, il ragazzo della reception si è dimostrato molto gentile.

Cons:

Le foto pubblicate sono decisamente più belle della realtà e riescono a valorizzare molto la struttura. Una volta arrivati, però, l'impressione è stata ben diversa: l'hotel è trascurato e avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore cura, sia nella manutenzione che nella pulizia.
Le camere sono piuttosto datate e la disposizione delle prese elettriche è poco pratica, spesso senza un piano d'appoggio nelle vicinanze. Come terzo letto è stato preparato un semplice divano largo 170cm, privato dei cuscini e con un topper appoggiato sopra, una sistemazione che non ritengo adeguata.
Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è deludente e, a mio avviso, la struttura non rispecchia gli standard che ci si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle.
