Manolis' House

Manolis House is exceptional - we found our paradise! We received a very warm welcome from Manos who is very helpful.
As we entered Manolis House gardens the gorgeous scent of the flowers and burst of colours just gives you a wonderful feeling of Wow!
Our room was spacious, very clean, had all we needed and led out to a lovely relaxing balcony with the beautiful garden surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful, and there is a fabulous swimming pool and beautiful open sun house to relax. Location is tucked away 5 minutes walk into town and not far from bus stop 4. There is a wonderful little shop, bakery and Greek Restaurant close by...highly recommend staying at Manolis House, we will be back next year!

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was met with a warm, kind and informative welcome. The hotel was immaculate and traditional with beautiful plants. My room was perfect and the pool area nice and clean with a shaded area. The location was good near to the local bakery, bars and restaurants. The bus stop was a 10 minute walk. I have stayed in many hotels in Skiathos. I would definitely go to this one again.

The location was really close to lots of amenities. The room was a good size and was perfectly clean and tidy with a good sized bed and great shower room. There was also a really nice pool available with plenty of sun beds. We particularly liked the way the room was decorated with unusual home made artworks by Manos. There was also a well maintained garden of trees and shrubs providing lots of shade. It was a really pleasant stay and we can highly recommend.

Posizione perfetta in una strada tranquilla a due passi dal centro. Pulizia della camera e dei servizi impeccabile, con una cura per l'ospite non scontata. La vera nota positiva è il proprietario, Manoli, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile, attivandosi anche in caso di esigenze dell'ultimo minuto (ci hanno cancellato il volo di ritorno, e abbiamo dovuto soggiornare una notte in più, comunicandolo solo alle 21 della notte stessa). Si è reso disponibile a indicarci i posti più interessanti dell'isola e spiegarci nel dettaglio come raggiungerli, rivelandosi una persona davvero piacevole con cui chiacchierare e scambiarsi informazioni!

Excellent location, very central. Host was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
Cleanliness of the room and surrounding gardens was of a very high standard.
Overall I thought this place was excellent value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Fab location, 5 mins walk to Main Street, it’s a quiet place with a small pool, very rare in the town to have a pool. and a beautiful tropical garden, host was very nice and helpful, free toiletries and bottle of water. Comfortable bed with nice linen, good size balcony. Plug sockets and a big mirror for ladies to do their hair. Would stay again.

Manolis House is a little gem, you would not believe you were in the heart of City of Skiathos.
The room was spacious with a lovely private balcony. It was spotlessly clean with fresh towels & service daily. We will definitely be back.

It was our pleasure to stay with Manolis. His communication was excellent and he greeted us on arrival. We actually met his mother as well and she was lovely. It was a really beautiful and clean accomodation. The room was spacious with a functional kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. The garden was amazing with many exotic plants providing shade and peace. We had a problem with some lost luggage and Manolis went to a great deal of trouble for us. After we left the island the luggage arrived at Skiathos airport. He made phone calls on our behalf and actually rode to the airport with his bike to collect it. He then spoke with Seajets and arranged to have the suitcase sent to our next island Skopelos. This was such a wonderful courtesy and we are very grateful to him. Thank you Manolis!

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night at this fabulous place which was far too short.
Manolis is so friendly & helpful. Location is great & the pool area is fabulous with amazingly comfy sunbeds. Ideal to cool down after the heat & hustle of a day in Skiathos Town.
The room was great, spacious, beautifully decorated with comfy beds & a small kitchen area which was very well equipped.
We're looking forward to our next longer stay.
