Il wifi non funzionava.
Il bagno presentava ancora macchie, i bagnoschiuma erano già aperti, così come il sapone per le mani. Abbiamo trovato un elastico ancora nella doccia. L’hotel era deserto e veramente vecchio, dava un senso di inquietudine.

Impressively bad hotel, dirty and loud, unable to sleep. Bathroom window and back door don't close properly so the place was full of bugs and mosquitos. Power cut off at some point. Loud buzzing noises all night. Broken door that screeches when you open it. Broken light bulbs

Unsatisfactory condition of the apartment
Pros:

What we liked:

The location is convenient, less than 10 minutes to the beach, and the sunsets are beautiful.

The village itself is charming.

There is a possibility to cook simple meals: an electric grill for sandwiches, a kettle, a refrigerator, and basic cutlery.

Regular surface cleaning was provided.

There was hot water in the shower.

The air conditioner was working well.

The host always replied quickly and communicated politely. However, despite the fast and friendly responses, most of the reported issues (internet, insects, water cut-off, damaged furniture, old mattresses) were not resolved during our stay.

Cons:

The apartment was dusty on arrival, with a used towel left from previous guests. Walls are cracked, furniture old, mattresses torn with holes and suspected bedbugs (we had multiple bites, but the hosts denied the issue). Internet never worked. Water was cut off only in our room on the last night; no technician came, I had to resolve it myself. Administration gave contradictory answers, promising pest control and repairs but never delivering. Booking withheld €87 and refused responsibility, leaving us unprotected.

Pros:

Lokalita ubytovanie je naozaj blízko pri mori, pri baroch a reštauráciách. Apartmán bol dosť veľký pre 5 ľudí, super bolo že sme mali k dispozícií dve kúpelne. Mali sme k dispozícií aj základné vybavenie v kuchyni alebo kúpelni.

Cons:

Neskutočná špina a bordel. Sama pracujem v hoteli a veľa cestujem ale také špinavé priestrory som v ubytovaní ešte nezažila. Všade pavučiny, zápach z odtoku, kohútiky neboli čisté od kedy boli kúpené. Špinavý riad, všade prach a omrvinky. Dostali sme uterák s obrovskou dierou. Wifi skoro nefungovala. Keď sme sa prišli ubytovať náš apartmán bol odomknutý a svetlo zapálené. Celkovo by som sa na bezpečnosť vecí nespoliehala. Je dosť počuť hluk cez steny.

Prisiskaitę neigiamų atsiliepimų vykdome su nerimu.Prieš atvykstant į apartamentus gavome instrukcijas,kaip surasti ir įeiti į apartamentus.Apartamentuose patiko,kad kiekvienas kambarys ( jų buvo 3) turėjo savo dušo ir tualeto kambarį.Patalynė, rankšluosčiai ( didelis ir mažas kiekvienam žmogui) buvo švarūs.Dušo želė ir šampūno tikrai nebuvo aprūpinta, tačiau mes turėjome savo.Vieta gera.Netoli maitinimo įstaigos.Iki pliažo 13-15 min .Netoli maisto prekių parduotuvė.Buitinė technika veikė.Lygintuvas buvo,tik po kelių dienų buvo kažkur išneštas kambario tvarkytojos.

Ne visuose kambariuose kondicionieriai veikė tinkamai.Apie tai rašėme.Manau problema savininkams žinoma.Jei rašoma,kad higienos priemonės bus,tai norėtųsi,kad jos būtų atitinkamos.Dušas nelabai patogus.

La struttura non corrisponde minimamente a quanto mostrato nelle foto su Booking. Avevamo scelto questo appartamento principalmente perché pubblicizzato con cucina, elemento per noi indispensabile per un soggiorno di 17 giorni: al nostro arrivo, la cucina non c’era. I bagni sono minuscoli e mal progettati, con wc e doccia praticamente attaccati e nessun box doccia: ogni volta che ci si lavava si allagava completamente il pavimento, creando disagio e scarsa igiene. La pulizia generale era pessima, con condizioni non certo accettabili per una struttura ricettiva.
L’appartamento era il numero 3 e, oltre ai problemi già citati, in uno dei bagni lo scarico non funzionava correttamente: siamo stati costretti a utilizzare una pentola per far scorrere l’acqua, una situazione assurda per una casa vacanze.
Un altro punto critico è stato il divano letto in soggiorno: ci era stato garantito che potesse ospitare due ragazzi, ma in realtà era talmente piccolo da essere utilizzabile solo da una persona. Per rimediare, ci hanno fornito un lettino aggiuntivo che però ha occupato quasi tutto lo spazio del soggiorno, rendendolo impraticabile e togliendo qualsiasi comodità.
In conclusione, l’appartamento non solo non ha rispettato le caratteristiche promesse, ma ci ha creato enormi disagi per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Esperienza assolutamente negativa, non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war lieb und nett. War uns auch bei der Ankunft behilflich.

Cons:

Es ist ziemlich alt und nicht ausreichend sauber gewesen. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Einer der Wc's waren verstopft. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war nicht in Ordnung. In einem der Zimmern war die Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend.

Nicht nochmal wieder.
