Calvin was a very unfriendly host compared to Yolanda.He does not smile with the guests he has an angry face.

I am currently waiting for my breakage refund its now 6 days i still have not received my money. I asked for a POP i have not received it but for them they ask for POP asa and we provide them. Mr J Pienaar I urgently need my money.
The fridge in the room is leaking we would wake up and there is water on the floor, please look into that.

The place was clean

Cons:

The person who was going to hand us the Keys which was Yolanda made us wait for too long outside,tried to call her and her phone was off.She came later and we were parking outside so we saw the car and called again she did not pick up and later when she picked up she said she was busy in another call so seemingly we were not her priority.She did not even apologise when we get to the place.Secondly the fee for damages is a lot and I only knew about it that day so I think you should reduce it because its way too much

Very friendly staff.
Pros:

At first glance everything looked great.

Cons:

The noisy fridge with its light on in the room affects your sleep. No bedside cabinets with lamps so you have to get out of bed to switch of the lights. No TV in the room or shared area. No soap dish in the shower.

Pros:

Location was good. Everything was nice and clean.

Cons:

The crockery and cutlery is not enough. Only 1 glass in kitchen and like 3 spoons. Bedding and towels need replacement.
Bathroom: towel rail loose and no toilet roll holder. It will be nice to have a bedside table and light next to bed for going to bathroom at night.

No privacy , the was a couple who did not respect others guest whey were doing their business and they were loud we could clearly hear them , it wasn’t nice at all for 2days
