Чистотата има нужда от подобрение, нямаше закачалки, банята няма лайсна на вратата и при по-дълъг душ коридора се наводнява

Имаше непочистени петна по дивана, мокета и завесите..

Just to get to the apartment the tiled staircase has no equal tredads, then when I went in to the place a tile was lose, no tea or coffee fertility’s,all furniture is broken in someway, go into the bathroom and you will see the towel rail on the floor,( I asked them to put it back on the wall but instead moved it to the corner of the room, shower rain dance head split and riser rail broken, bath panel hanging off, when you have a shower water goes under the bathroom door in to the kitchen area, and just be careful due to you will slip on the bathroom tile when wet, ask for more towels for the floor or a squeeze, when you go to the sink in the kitchen don’t expect the tap to work due to its a new one but not connected to the water supply, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ON JUST LOOKING AT THE NICE PICTURES. They also have the same photos advertising the place in the larger window outside.

Curățenia, se putea mai bine

Няма асансьор. За възрастни или хора с малки деца е по-трудно.

Имаше оставено бельо на вратата в банята. Когато се обаждах да ми запазят място за паркинг, не бях уведомена, че се заплаща допълнително.

According to the information on Booking.com, check-in is available until 11:00 pm. However, it was quite difficult to agree with the hotel representative to wait until 8:30 pm, even though there is a restaurant located under the hotel where the key could have been left. The check-in process would be much easier if the hotel installed a key lock box or offered an alternative self check‑in solution.

Нямаше човек който да ме посрещне и резервацията просто изгоря

Neljubazna osoba koja je zadužena za komunikaciju sa gostima. Uslovljava goste da se čekiraju samo u odredjeno vreme, iako dolaze u ranim jutarnjim časovima narednog dana za koji je noć već plaćena a nisu stigli da iskoriste. Ne menja se redovno posteljina i peškiri, u kupatilu nema papuča, poplava je svaki put kada se istuširate. Soba treba da se čisti svaki dan.
