Villa Vienni

We are a family of three adults, and we spent a wonderful 10 days at Hotel Villa Vienni in sunny Paralia Katerini.

Before talking about the hotel itself, we would like to warmly mention its friendly and incredibly hospitable owner, Eva. Upon our request, we were given a room on a lower floor. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, Eva kindly handed us the keys and gave us a tour of the hotel and our room.

We had a spacious and cozy room with a large terrace overlooking a quiet inner courtyard filled with flowering trees. The terrace was furnished with a table and three chairs, making it a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or a family dinner.

The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a large wardrobe, a dressing table, plenty of lighting, a TV, and air conditioning. There was a large double bed and a single bed. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, and the bed linen was always clean and fresh.

The bathroom was equipped with a shower cabin, towels for all guests, shampoo, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. The kitchenette was small but had everything needed for self-catering.

After our 10-day stay, we were left with a wonderful feeling of home comfort, made even more special by the delicious homemade pastries and cakes that our lovely hostess Eva generously shared with us.

The location of the hotel is simply perfect. The beach, with its warm and beautiful sea, is only a two-minute walk away. Guests can relax on the sand or use the sunbeds under palm-style umbrellas with only a small order of drinks or food. From the beach, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the famous Mount Olympus, home of the ancient Greek gods.

Hotel Villa Vienni is also located on one of the main streets of Paralia Katerini, surrounded by countless shops, restaurants, cafés, and fruit stands. Lidl supermarket is only a 10-minute walk away.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was excellent, and the cleanliness was absolutely perfect. Our host, Evropi, really made an effort to make sure everything was perfect for us. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back to Vienna again :)

It's clean, cozy, quiet and just wonderful. You will find everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Хозяйка очень приветливая и добрая, во всем нам помогала и баловала нас своими угощениям каждый день! Чувствуешь себя желанным гостем! С балкона вид на море, оно буквально 2 минуты от отеля, в номере все чисто и уютно , как на фото!

The place is great, as are the hosts. The beach is close, there are all the amenities even for a small child. We will definitely visit again. The lady is very kind, responsive and good. We are very grateful for her attitude towards the child and the gifts.🇬🇷🤍

Перфектно местоположение на хотела на една крачка от плажа и центъра.Чисто,уютно и много добре подържан.Всичко необходимо за една почивка.Много добра,любезна,вечно усмихната управителка готова винаги да помогне.С радост бих го посетил отново.

Уникално гостоприемната домакиня Ева ни обсипа с внимание и подаръчета,постоянната грижа към нас и нашето куче,което също беше удостоено с подарък от нея.С удоволствие бихме посетили отново Villa Vienni.Пропуснах да кажа,е хигиената е на много високо ниво.Пожелаваме на Ева дълги години здраве и благополучие.

Die Lage ist natürlich großartig, besser geht's nicht. Man kann das Meer von der Terrasse aus sehen und hören, mehr als 30m entfernt kann es nicht sein. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, schön eingerichtet, sauber (werden alle drei Tage entsandet und gereinigt). Für den Preis absolut unschlagbar und wenn man 200€ mehr bezahlt hätte wäre es immernoch unschlagbar!
Mein Papa ist mit mir hierhergekommen weil er in seiner Jugend öfter im Ort war und nochmal schauen wollte, ob die Familie, die er damals in Paralia immer besucht hat noch da ist- völlig ohne genauere Adresse, Telefonnummer oder irgendeine andere Art sie kontaktieren zu können, weil sein Addressbuch verlorengegangen ist. Die Hotelbesitzerin hat ihm nicht nur direkt das Haus zeigen können (die Straße wusste er noch), sondern auch die Telefonnummer der Tochter rausgesucht, damit wir sie kontaktieren konnten. Aber da hat es nicht aufgehört. Jeden Tag wurden wir mit Süßigkeiten, Snacks und Obst aus ihrem Garten verwöhnt und als mein Vater fragen wollte, wo er Tabak findet wurde ihm erstmal ein ganzes Päckchen geschenkt. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt und werden es wahrscheinlich auch nicht mehr erleben... außer wir kommen wieder hierher (und wenn wir nochmal nach Griechenland kommen, dann machen wir das definitiv). Als ich einen Rasierer brauchte wurde mir sogar dieser mal eben aus Katereni besorgt, weil sie sowieso dorthin fahren musste. Es ist wirklich unglaublich mit wie viel Liebe man hier aufgenommen wird. ❤️
Oh und zum Abschied wurde uns natürlich noch ein Geschenk mitgegeben. 🥺🥺 man wird wirklich behandelt wie ein alter Freund.

Беше фантастично!
Чистота, комфорт, удобства... А за собственичката - каквото и да кажа ще е малко!
Възможно най-централно местоположение.
Със сигурност ще го посетим отново!

Amabilitatea gazdei, o doamna de nota 10, încearcă și reușește sa facă sejurul ireproșabil. Toată ziua lucrează, dar întotdeauna disponibila cu zambetul pe față. Imediat ce a curatat camera ne-a chemat la check-in. A găsit loc de parcare, ne-a servit cu prăjituri, la plecare un pachet de drum plus cadou din partea casei. Curatenie, dotări standard la chicineta, balcon mare, aer condiționat foarte bun, frigider mare cu congelator, uscător de rufe, practic nu lipsește nimic. Locația la 30 m de plaja, camera care am avut-o înspre interior, fără deranjul forfotei din oraș. Un loc in care cu drag ma voi întoarce. Recomand cu căldură.
