Pros:

Wow, we were in a third floor apartment and the space, cleanliness and quality of the fittings was exceptional. The private sauna was amazing after a day's walking. We ate in the restaurant on the hotel site - realky nice indeed and a good friendly atmosphere. (We found it was necessary to book that.) The views all around are just awesome, Matrei is a nice little town in a majestic setting. Sitting on our balcony watching the lights come on over the valley in the evening - especially the little Church of St Nicholas on the opposite hill - was magical.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Would highly recommend an apartment here.

Pros:

Uredan, čist, moderan i pet-friendly apartman, u novom objektu prirodne vanjštine i suvremenog planinskog luksuza, potpuno opremljen i za dulji boravak. Došli smo nakon vremena prijave, no dogovor za check-in je bio jednostavan i jasan. U sklopu objekta se nalazi i besplatan parking, a trgovine namirnicama su u blizini lokacije. Ali najugodnije iznenađenje od svega je što nam je dodijeljen veći apartman, sa saunom, na čemu još jednom zahvaljujemo!

Kann man mal machen, muss aber nicht sein.
Pros:

Es war sauber und gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Ab 6:30 hat die angrenzende Post ihre Kisten über den Hof geknallt. Ein schlafen war nicht mehr möglich.
Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr mau, und Geschirr und Besteck war jeweils nur 4 mal vorhanden.
Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich.

Excellent location for families with kids
Pros:

Location, facilities, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, sauna.

Cons:

It was quite warm so we opened the windows, also at night. However, it's impossible to sleep in the morning because the trucks pick up garbage or post delivery cars start to drive.

Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder.
Pros:

In dem Apartment war alles vorhanden was man für einen Ski-Urlaub benötigt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit nach dem Ski-Fahren die Sauna zu benutzen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und das Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist Top, nur 5 Min bis zum Lift.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub - TOP Unterkunft
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges, bestens ausgestattetes und sehr wohnlich eingerichtetes DG-Appartement mit traumhaftem Ausblick - alles vorhanden, sehr sauber - Brötchenservice, Nahversorger in unmittelbarer Nähe, Restaurant im daneben liegendem Gebäude - alles bestens!!!

Close to everything

Cons:

Post office workers at 6AM. Behind the other building postal workers were loading their cars and trucks, it was super loud.
Dust under the beds, and we had some allergies after it, had to drive to the Lienz to reach the pharmacy which works on Sunday to get some meds. No air-conditioning, and it was 31° every day.
After arguing with stuff and asking for a manager we got a few old squicky fans you couldn't run at night because of the sound they make.
