Modern, Comfortable & Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and modern and located only a block from the beach. It is also in an area with many restaurants and stores. My room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The shower was great having hot water and strong water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, too.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the property; however, I wasn't able to get early check in (only an hour earlier) and no one spoke any English. But those aren't complaints, just observations.

Bom, poderia melhorar.
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito cordias. Os quartos são amplos e bem limpos. Café da manhã bem simples, mas ok.

Cons:

Problema de vazamento na pia que demorou 2 dias para ser resolvido, usaram a lixeira para conter a água... Faltou reposição de toalha/tapete. Colchão não era muito confortável, achei bem duro. Não tinha armário/prateleira, só uma mesinha. Refeitório é bem pequeno, se estiver cheio tem que esperar para entrar.

Pros:

A localização é ótima, o quarto bem espaçoso. O café da manhã estava bem gostoso.
Vale ressaltar que o chuveiro possui água quente.

Ubicación excelente a 1 cuadra del mar. Atención principalmente del personal de la recepción.
Entrega de toallas para la playa.

Cons:

Aseo de las habitaciones.Desayuno poco variado ( y lugar muy chico ). Casi nada de ventilación en la habitación. Wifi pésimo (se reclamo durante 4 días seguidos)

La habitación es buena, amplia, confortable y de buen tamaño, con buen aire acondicionado

Cons:

El Lobbie del hotel es pequeño, todo queda subiendo escaleras (dificil para personas con movilidad reducida) no cuenta con asensores, duchas, ni baños en la zona del lobbie. El desayuno también es en una cuarto piso, subiendo por escaleras.
El hotel es bueno, pero está sobre calificado. No tuvimos inconvenientes, pero sí debería quedar en la descripción del lugar que no cuenta con esos servicios (asensor, baños, duchas). El personal es bueno, amable, diligente y con muy buena actitud de servicio.

Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa principal. La habitación además contaba con frigobar, que es demasiado necesario con el calor de la isla. El desayuno estaba bueno y el personal muy amable.

La verdad, no hay algo que no me haya gustado.
