Pros:

Samoobsluhová koncepce

Cons:

Limitující byla krátká doba checkinu, na to, že se jedná o samoobslužný hotel a byli dělali jsme checkin online, čekala bych, že bude možnost si vyzvednout klíč kdykoliv. Ve sprchovém koutě byla plíseň. V koupelně byla dost hlasitá drtička odpadu.

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Konzept mit Halbpension und Selbstbedienung tagsüber hat super funktioniert und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passte.

Cons:

Der Fahrradraum war etwas unaufgeräumt.

Určitě jsem v hotelu nebyla naposled, příjemná obsluha.

Gorski hotel z miłą atmosferą
Pros:

Pięknie położony hotel. Zaraz przy szlaku na Pradziada. Do Karlowej Studzienki 10 minut samochodem. Hotel klimatyczny, w górskim stylu. Z tarasu jest piękny widok na gory i las. Pokoje przestronne. Duza sala z barem samoobslugowym w ktorej mozna milo spedzic czas. Gry do dyspozycji gosci. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Śniadanie w postaci bufetu. Na kolacje do wyboru jest zawsze jedno z dwóch glównych dań plus zupa. Piwo i prosecco na barze w dobrej cenie. Bardzo mila i pomocna obsluga ktora umila pobyt. Sauna w cenie. To byl juz nasz drugi raz w tym hotelu. I na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy :)

Naprosto skvěle služby, moc dobré jídlo

Cons:

Bez auta nemůžete zde být. Možná autobus, ale dost problematické. V okolí penzionu v Docházkové vzdálenosti nic není

Une très belle chambre dans un hôtel atypique
Pros:

Belle chambre confortable dans une hôtel un peu atypique: pour réduire le coût du personnel, la direction a choisi une formule de "self service" de style d'easyjet où les clients doivent se servir eux-même leurs boissons etc et ranger la vaisselle "comme à la maison". Le personnel (pas plus que deux personnes pour un hôtel très grand!) est néanmoins très sympathique et serviable, ce qui compense un peu le manque de service qu'on attendrait d'un tel établissement. Le petit-déjeuner est bien et copieux, mais le dîner de qualité variable.

Cons:

La présentation de l'hôtel sur le site de booking n'indique pas assez clairement la particularité de cet hôtel qui n'offre pas le service habituel d'un établissement de ce standing. Mais une fois le premier étonnement passé, le séjours s'est très bien passé.

Pěkný malý hotel v nádherném prostředí. Bohatá snídaně, dobrá večeře ( výběr ze dvou jídel) s polévkou. Možnost použít saunu. Vkusný pokoj, pohodlné postele, moderní koupelna se sprchovým koutem a WC. Samoobslužná restaurace - načepujete si sami a použité sklo dáte do myčky. Příjemný personál, i když se mají co ohánět. Díky, bylo zde fajn.

Cons:

Interval na ubytování 16:00 - 18:00, odhlášení 8:00 - 10:00. Je to ale pochopitelné v rámci toho, jakým stylem hotel funguje.

Lokalita, ticho, vzduch. Dobrý pomer cena výkon. Možnosť samoobslužnych nápojov a drobných snackov a, koláčov za prakticky nákladové ceny.

Cons:

V reštaurácii by sa zišli žalúzie alebo iná tieniaca technika (na raňajkách tam trošku pieklo). Chýbali aj papierové vreckovky na izbe.

Personál byl profesionální, vždy ochotný a usměvavý. Skvěle s námi komunikovali, ve všem nám poradili a byli opravdu šikovní. Díky jejich přístupu byl náš pobyt mnohem příjemnější. Moc děkujeme a rádi se vrátíme. Poloha ubytovani a wellnes je perfektni.
