Amazing location and memorable hotel. Great staff!
Pros:

Accommodating staff. Great Location and simple yet comfy room

Cons:

It was a bit hot when we visited and the room did not have any fan or AC unit. The room would be better ventilated with a fan available. A fan should be placed in every room for a more comfortable experience.

Cons:

Çarşaflar sarı idi, yastıklar kauçuk kırtıkları ile doldurulmuştu. Banyodaki vücut şampuanı bitmişti. Booking.com daki ismi ile Heilderbergteki otel isimleri farklı idi. Hiçbir açıklama yoktu, otele vardığımızda resepsiyonu bulamadık, aynı isimle olan restorana sorduğumuzda cevap vermediler. Yardımcı olan yoktu, epostalarımıza cevap vermediler. Wi-fi olmadığına dair defalarca eposta atmamıza ve kendilerine sormamıza rağmen kontrol edip dönüş sağlamadılar.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind klein aber gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück im benachbarten Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten ist überschaubar, aber absolut ausreichend und von einer sehr freundlichen Dame serviert.

Würde diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut

Cons:

Treppen steigen auf sehr steilen und enger Treppe. Man konnte keine Fenster kippen, ebenfalls die Fensterflügel nicht öffnen, da sonst Tauben ins Zimmer kamen.
Staubwischen gehört nicht zur Tagesordnung. Die Bettleuchten mangelhaft, und gefährlich. Die Unterkunft ist nicht empfehlenswert.
Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr dürftig. Jeden Tag dasselbe.
Alles in allem können wir diese Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Frühstück jeden Tag den gleichen Käse, Wurst, Kochschinken.
