Wenn wieder Edinburgh, gerne wieder von hier aus.
Pros:

Gut angebunden via Bus. Sehr gemütlich. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Überaus freundliche/s Personal/Besitzer.

Purtroppo la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare,inoltre avevamo richiesto un cambio di asciugamani e non c'è stato neppure quello.
Per la colazione (poco variegata) abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 15 minuti perché i tavoli non erano ancora stati puliti.

Extremely overpriced for a below budget / standard establishment!
Pros:

Sad to say - nothing! We were disappointed from the moment we arrived up to the last day when we left.

Cons:

1. The room was not properly cleaned and serviced from the previous visitors - hairs throughout the bathroom and in the bed;
2. No water pressure in the shower and the shower has mould;
3. Not enough storage racks / towel racks in the bathroom;
4. Breakfast was horrid! No menu to choose food from, food was undercooked when we eventually received it, coffee machine dodgy, dirty tables and table cloths;
5. Extractor fan in the bathroom not working;
6. Marks on towels.
I literally have not one good thing to say about this property! Extremely disappointed!

It’s was a lovely house with easy to climb stairs and comfortable rooms. The location was right next to a bus stop for easy access to the town centre.

Pros:

Ottima colazione, camera ampia e spaziosa. Un po' lontano dal centro ma raggiungibile con autobus. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla con molto verde attorno.

Il personale, gentile e disponibile; non è vicinissimo al centro (a piedi circa 40 minuti) ma la fermata del bus è appena fuori dalla porta. Colazione abbastanza varia. Il letto era comodo. Doccia con acqua calda senza problemi.

Cons:

Gli infissi sono datati ed essendo affacciata sulla strada, la stanza era un po’ rumorosa (anche di notte) e con molti spifferi. Pulizia non proprio impeccabile…

Bella e comoda guest house in un bel quartiere non lontano dal centro, con possibilità di parcheggio
Pros:

La posizione tranquilla in bel quartiere e che consente facilmente con i mezzi di raggiungere il centro, ampiezza camere, salottino della colazione molto raccolto, facilità di accesso alla struttura e di parcheggio, che è gratuito per la presenza di posti auto di fronte alla guest house. A piedi in mezzora si raggiunge la zona del porto Leith dove si trova la Britannia e un quartiere delizioso. La zona è servita ed è facile trovare ristoranti e pub in cui cenare in zona se non si vuole ritornare nel centro città.

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione, forse un pò essenziale nella varietà dei prodotti dolci e delle marmellate, anche se è possibile richiedere che venga cucinata la tipica colazione full scottish breakfast, con uova, bacon fagioli e salsicce e che compensa pertanto, bilanciandola la colazione nel suo complesso. Ad ogni modo è una colazione più che sufficiente.
