Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. Pros:

Close to where we needed to visit Family and Friends. Very close to bus stops.

Cons:

Bed is small. More like a king single not a double bed. Good thing Hubby and I are not big ppl.
Front door very hard to open.
Would stay again.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

So dirty and mouldy, the toilets were blocked and everywhere smelt of poo!! absolutely appalling. Cannot believe how much they charged for this disgrace and to then act shocked when I told them we could not stay!

Absolutely terrible service would not recommend
Pros:

The property would not answer my phone calls on the day I was arriving. I wanted to tell them I was at the Liverpool cup parade and would be arriving late. No one would answer my phone calls.

Cons:

When I got stuck in Liverpool due to the tragedy that happened I arrived later than expected. At 11.30 pm I knocked on the door with no reply. I tried the codes they gave me which wouldn’t work. I would not recommend this property.
