Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad auf der Durchreise und verbrachten 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in der Berner Altstadt und sehr gut gelegen. Der Bärenpark ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und die gesamte Altstadt lässt sich gut zu Fuss erkunden. Das Frühstück wurde serviert und war sehr reichhaltig. Für Getränke steht ein Buffet zur Verfügung.
Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig, aber für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt total i.O. Im Zimmer hatte es Wasser, eine Kaffeemaschine und Tee. Die Treppen zu den Zimmern sind etwas steil, aber gut begehbar, einen Lift hat es nicht.
Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Schön dekoriert und frisches Brot. Leider Filterkaffe, verkochte Eier, trockene Gurken und geschmackloser Käse.

Great location but poor room and breakfast
Pros:

Location is great. On the main street in Bern, not far from the river and the bear pit.

Cons:

Room was narrow with just enough room for two beds end to end.
Breakfast was very limited. You get a large plate with small portions of meat, cucumber, olives, cheese on. Coffee apears to be dried granules with some hot water added.

Top Lage, gemütliches Zimmer
Pros:

Super Lage: einfach zu erreichen, nah zum Bärenpark und Rosengarten und diversen weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Lüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Dadurch gab es kleine Schimmelflecken in der Dusche.
Frotteetücher wurden vom Personal noch feucht (am Morgen benutzt) wieder zusammengelegt und aufgehängt. Dadurch waren sie am Abend noch immer feucht, da sie nicht trocknen konnten.

Das Frühstück ist Preis Leistungsverhältnis nich gut.
Das Fleisch vom Frühstück war angelaufen. Die Auswahl lässt zu wünschen übrig ( Tomate Gurke Oliven) vlt.Joguhrt div. Früchte. Bei Maschienen Kaffee muss man bezahlen.( ? )
