Best staff
Pros:

the staff were amazing, especially the male receptionist, chef and helper. I would go again because of how welcoming they are. The pool view is stunning also, and the breakfast is very good. upon arrival we got a welcome drink which was very thoughtful. given the hotel is on a hill, and there are no gojeks or grab drivers, I do recommend renting the bikes at the hotel if you intend to go down to the restaurant to eat.

The hotel itself is great , staff very polite, food at their restaurant delicious and accessible, pool is great to chill, i also had 1 hour relaxing massage was decent, rooms are comfy ,we had good sleep! Overall great value for money!

Cons:

The hotel is in the forest and no shops or restaurant around, you need taxi around 20 min drive every time you want to go out and back , you can also rent scooter wich is cheaper but the road is really really bad and driving a scooter there is very risky

Excellent staff, very friendly. The bedroom itself was very nice and bed was comfy. Nice breakfast that they will deliver right to your room!

Cons:

The bathroom needed some serious renovations/repairs. We had 3 different water leaks constantly leaking from different places in the bathroom for the entire stay. The edges of the pool could use a good cleaning as there seemed to be growths of red algae growing along them. Very difficult to get to the property.

Surrounding views were lovely, staff were great and so helpful with anything we needed

Cons:

The room we had on our first night was overcome with all sorts of ants, mosquitoes and flies. I would never ever be bothered about this given the location etc. but it was like an infestation in this room. The staff were happy to move our room when we asked.

Tesis çok sevimli bir yer, çalışanlar çok sıcak kanlı ve güler yüzlü. Odası çok iyiydi eşimle gayet rahat ettik.

Cons:

Tesisle pek alakası yok diyeceğim ama Penida adasının yolları gerçekten berbat… Tesis iyi ki limana yakındı..
