Это не рядом с центром. Внутри гостиницы все старое и потрепанное, не соответствует фото. Проломлена стена, очень шумно, рядом — проезжая часть. Мне оставили 2 грязных полотенца, на одном из которых был клок чьих-то волос. За 4 дня моего пребывания эту проблему решили исправить так: предложили за 30 евро заменить грязные полотенца на новые 😂😂😂 отвечает на сообщения какой-то бот. Слив в раковине не работал, эту про Лему тоже о кто не решил. Это дно, которое никому и никогда не стоит бронировать.

Inmy room there was a big whole in wall. The bed sheet, walls and parket were quite dirty. This was a really bad experience for me.

Der Innenhof ist gemütlich .
Entgegen des gebuchten Zimmers mit Blick zum Innenhof hatten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, unmittelbar angrenzend an die Eingangstür samt Eingangsbereich und die stark befahrene Straße. Die Lärmbelästigung war entsprechend.
Bei 5 Übernachtungen könnte man auch erwarten, dass zumindest einmal die Handtücher gewechselt werden oder das Zimmer gereinigt wird.
The property has a lot of character, a beautiful historic building with a lovely communal terrace that's a great spot to unwind. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and self-check-in was seamless with codes sent well in advance. The location is also excellent, just five minutes from the metro with easy access to Porto's best neighbourhoods on foot.
Rooms can get warm in summer, which is normal but worth keeping in mind. The property runs fully remotely with no on-site reception, which suits independent travellers but may not suit everyone.
It's a beautiful building very close to public transport in a quiet part of Porto, easy to get to everything by foot or by public transport.
Our bed was comfortable and the linen provided was good, as was the shower.
The concierge team were in touch with access codes well in advance of our arrival.
The building was run remotely. We didn't see a single member of staff for the duration of our time in Porto. There was no housekeeping in the 5 nights that we stayed.
Our booking included breakfast and use of a communal kitchen, and our room description said we had a courtyard room with a fan. None of this was the case.
There's no kitchen. (Just a table). We were happy with the coffee machine, kettle and fridge in our room and bought crockery and cutlery to sort ourselves out. A fan might have been nice in the heatwave, but it was obviously a really busy weekend so we coped. The walls are thin - pack earplugs!
We're adults, so weren't going to let it spoil a good holiday, but the building isn't being well managed and it's only a matter of time before the maintenance issues build up and become a real nuisance for the people staying.
We'll return to Porto and to that area, but probably not to another GuestReady property.

Kitchen hadn't any utensils ... empty! No pilates, spoons, microwave, etc
Valuto ottima la vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto.
La pulizia del bagno non era sufficiente. Il vano sotto al lavabo dove erano riposti gli asciugamani era sporco e di conseguenza un telo doccia era pieno di ragnatele. Inoltre lo scarico del lavandino non era avvitato bene e si sono bagnati gli asciugamani. Devono migliorare.
Tout est impeccable sauf le matelas c'est pas confortable.

Contactei a empresa e a resposta foi dada por um bot de IA que me deu informações erradas.

Mi experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy insatisfactoria.
Realicé la reserva a través de Booking.com, donde se indicaba claramente que el alojamiento incluía desayuno. Sin embargo, desde el primer día no hubo ningún tipo de servicio de desayuno disponible. Me puse en contacto con el establecimiento y se me informó de que la incidencia quedaría resuelta al día siguiente, pero lamentablemente no fue así. Esta situación se mantuvo durante los tres días de nuestra estancia.
Mediante mensajes, el alojamiento me comunicó que recibiría un reembolso al realizar el check-out. Posteriormente, contacté tanto con el establecimiento como con Booking.com para dar seguimiento al asunto. Finalmente, Booking.com me informó de que no había sido posible alcanzar un acuerdo con el alojamiento, aunque, de manera independiente, me concedió un reembolso de 40 euros, gesto que agradezco.
Asimismo, durante toda nuestra estancia no se realizó la limpieza de la habitación ni se efectuó el cambio de toallas. Las tazas destinadas al café se encontraban sucias desde nuestra llegada. Además, no tuvimos contacto presencial con ningún miembro del personal, ya que el establecimiento carece de recepción física y toda la comunicación se gestiona de forma online.
En conclusión, no recomendaría este alojamiento. Tras muchos años viajando y hospedándome en distintos establecimientos, considero que esta ha sido una de las experiencias más decepcionantes que he tenido.
