Absolutely terrible value for money
Pros:

Very cosy bed and room, sadly that is the only positive thing about this stay.

Cons:

The worst accommodation in a long time. Stayed in the second floor. The only usable sink to wash your hands or brush your teeth is in the so called "living room" - the shower is besides the sink, a door, a tiny place to undress and the shower, all in a shared space with everyone and the place to eat and talk- without a door to the hallway.
You hear everything while staying in your room.
But -of course- you can go downstairs to brush your teeth.
You will hear others doing that all the time, while you try to sleep/rest btw.
Yet again you will find a sink without a door (and kind of no space to put your stuff anywhere) and a see through curtain, that only covers the top half...
If you're lucky you manage to get the seemingly only place to get ready with a kind of privacy, I wasn't...
It sounded like there was a sink as well... I didn't care to find out and left after the first night.

Nice place to stay overall
Cons:

Heating in the rooms can be quite limited, but the hallways are warm. Many people had their doors open to let the warmth in.

This is what a Guesthouse is all about!
Pros:

Cosy atmosphere, nice to have a common area where you can meet people. Have dinner, maybe a couple of drinks together.

The beds are comfy, lots of undercover parking ( great in winter ), shower water pressure is amazing and there’s also a bath! What more could ya want!

I originally only booked for 2 nights but extended my stay.

The hosts are also the best people!

疲れた身体を癒せました。
Pros:

個室だったため、気兼ねなく身体を休めることができました。
お値段も助かりました。
シャワールームが24時間使用できる点も良く、駐車場の場所も事前の情報のおかげでとても分かりやすかったです。
部屋に一つ扇風機もあり、快適に過ごせました。

Pros:

Very welcoming host. Really helpful and present. Cosy traditional house. We got recommended a nice place to eat that is really affordable. A must if you need to stop on your way to Kiroro/Niseko or to Sapporo. Totally recommend this place.

Pros:

Delightful host, super friendly and helpful and recommended wonderful local restaurants we would never have found ourselves.
