We want to make mention of the reception staff, Valerie and also the Spa staff namely, Carmen and Siam.
Pros:

The room is clean and large. Facilities provided are very good. The environment and surroundings are quiet. My wife and I enjoyed the wellness treatment and the good breakfast provided.

Pros:

Very comfortable and relaxing environment with lemongrass aroma. The hotel is very clean. Massage is very relaxing too. Wonderful staying experience here.

Cons:

We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After checking out, we left our luggage at the reception for temporary storage while we went out. When we returned to collect our bags, we were shocked to discover that our luggage had already been given to another guest.

This was an extremely stressful situation, as our personal belongings were inside. We expected the hotel to have proper procedures for identifying and releasing stored luggage, but this serious mistake should never have happened.

While the staff tried to resolve the issue, the incident caused us significant anxiety, wasted our time, and disrupted our travel plans. Hotels have a responsibility to keep guests’ belongings secure, and this experience left us feeling that our property was not handled with the care it deserved.

I strongly urge the hotel to review its luggage storage and verification procedures and train its staff properly. No guest should have to experience the fear and inconvenience of having their belongings handed to someone else.

1. Things that dont work eg usb plug, power point, TV , slow mo WiFi
