Great place to recharge.
Pros:

Great location, lovely hotel for families
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, Very near the center of Ipoh. We were driving so the parking was also ideal. The room size is big enough for a family of 4, and it was comfortable. The facilities are great, we tried the massage and it was a good experience.

Cons:

The hotel room didn't had hot water so it was a bit tough to take our showers, the breakfast service was also a bit long and lack of warmth from the team. We were not sure on how to order, and what is the details related to our bookings.

Enjoyed and Satisfied
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at Sojourn Hotel Ipoh, and overall, I really like this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I also like the hotel's environment, which feels calm and comfortable, and smells so good.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I especially liked the shower, and the whole room was well-maintained and smelled very nice. It is the kind of room that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable staying in.

One thing I really enjoyed was having the spa in the same building. It was very convenient, and the treatment was very relaxing. After a long day, it was nice not to have to travel elsewhere just to get a spa treatment.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The room, cleanliness, environment and especially the friendly staff made a very good impression on me. I would consider staying here again, especially once the construction nearby is completed.

Cons:

However, during my stay, there was construction work going on next to the hotel. The noise during the day was so loud that sometimes I did not feel like staying in the room. Of course, this is not entirely the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the comfort of the stay during the day.

Parking is also quite limited. The hotel provides buggy service, and the staff are always ready to assist, which is very helpful. However, on rainy days, it can be quite a hassle to park farther away and rely on the buggy service.

For breakfast, the choices are quite limited as you can only select from the available menu. It was okay for me, but I think having more choices would make the stay better.

Cons:

I purposely booked a room with breakfast. However the breakfast only served at 8 am. It is not according to standard time. Because I need to leave my hotel early, I missed my breakfast
