I loved Myamo and will definitely go back next time im here!
Pros:

The location is amazing! On a nearly private beach with an amazing surf break. Fun to watch people surfing. The staff was very accommodating and the room was very nice. The wifi and electricity were a bit in and out but you can ask for a router and they will bring it for you. They have surf and snorkeling gear for rent and there is a surf shop and wonderful bar just up the beach.

Alles also leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Wasserproblematik mühsam, aber hätte Potential.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Initial waren die Bettlaken etwas fleckig, aber das wurde umgehend erneut frisch gemacht und die Zimmer nochmal gereinigt.
Der Strand ist atemberaubend und ruhig.

Cons:

Leider war es so wie in den Rezensionen beschrieben die ersten 24 h hatten wir kein fliessend Wasser, auch das WC konnte man nicht spülen. Das Personal war bemüht eine annehembare Lösung zu finden, dennoch war es mühsam wenn man direkt vom Strand kommt und voller Sand sich irgendwie mit trinkwasser abspülen musste. Nach einer gewissen Zeit hat das WC im Zimmer auch einen Urinal Geruch angenommen (obwohl wir immer mit dem bereitsgestellten Wasser nachgepült haben).
Die AC hat in einem der gemieteten Räume leider nicht suffizient gekühlt.

Never again. Good option Scar Reef Hotel, 100 meters up the beach!!!

Cons:

Very run down since last time we stayed here (5 years ago). All night without; electric, water pressure, food. Staff was unresponsive.

They have issues with facilities. Water was cold or non-existent, wifi was intermittent. This may be common in the vicinity but visitors should bear it in mind.

Cons:

Many “little” things did not work - such as hot water, toilet flush, door lock, AC - but the staff was quick in fixing or providing alternative ….

I would not recommend this place.
Pros:

The location is great and it has a direct access to the beach that is very convenient if you surf or want to be in a quite and beautiful beach.

Cons:

The property is in serious need of maintenance and does not look like the photos. There are multiple issues, and the advertised Wi-Fi is completely unreliable — it didn’t work at all during my stay. I had booked for four nights but ended up canceling after the first morning. The only positives were the location and the incredibly kind and supportive staff, who were very understanding throughout.

Delightfully quiet and great staff
Pros:

The staff at Myamo made our stay very enjoyable. Tandi was very helpful and good fun. The chef, Jo went out of his way to make delicious meals. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, so disregard recent reviews about shabiness.
