Pros:

This was our favorite stay in two weeks in Spain and Portugal, half of which was on the Camino. Front desk staff was so helpful and friendly and spoke English well. They allowed me to keep some food in the fridge that I had bought before realizing the room might not have a refrigerator (it didn't). The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially nice and spacious with lots of windows. There was an air conditioner but we didn't need to use it and just opened the windows at night. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and probably even less in the opposite direction to the center. It's 2 minutes away from the friendship bridge, a local market, and one end of the canal. I would stay here again.

Cons:

When other people were up late and going in and out of their rooms it was easy to hear them. This is the case in almost every hotel, so just bring ear plugs.

Estancia cómoda y cerca de todo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Estás cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas de Aveiro, puedes ir andando a todos lados. Tienes cafeterías cerca si prefieres desayunar fuera del hotel. La habitación que nos tocó era pequeña pero suficiente para lo que necesitábamos.

Cons:

Hay que planificar con antelación el aparcamiento del coche porque no es un sitio donde encuentres fácilmente para aparcar.

Cons:

Las instalaciones. Las camas hacen ruido, se oye todo de las habitaciones anexas. Se inundó un baño cayendo agua por la luz del techo que nos impidió usarlo y decian que era condensación. No nos ubicaron en otra. Nos quisieron compensar con un desayuno. Una de las habitaciones no la hicieron a pesar de tener el cartel puesto. No nos dieron solución ante los problemas. Pedi hoja de reclamaciones. No me pudieron atender en gerencia para llegar a un acuerdo y no tener que solicitar hoja de reclamaciones y no tener que poner esta mala reseña.
