Pros:

Excelente localização, a pouca distancia do Metro, estação ferroviaria e taxis. Perto de restaurantes, compras e atrações turisticas.

Cons:

Péssima cobertura de wifi no edificio, quase não existente.

Arkitekturen. Väldigt vackert hotell. Bra läge och mitt rum var väldigt tyst. Det uppskattade jag.

Cons:

Elsladdarna till sänglamporna var gamla och ihoptejpade. Väldigt brandfarligt. Jag påpekade detta i receptionen. Antar att jag inte är den första person som reagerat på detta. Jag har jobbat med såna saker och vet att det är farligt. Ägaren borde vara rädd om sitt fina hotell.

Tv con i tasti rotti e senza telecomando.

Luce e ventola di aspirazione del bagno con timer, ogni tanto si incantava il timer e ripartiva all’infinito con impossibilità di spegnere la luce e la ventola.

Rumore eccessivo dal tetto del palazzo di fronte alla mia camera. Come se ci fosse un aspiratore industriale in azione 24h/24h. Impossibile aprire la finestra nonostante il caldo

Condizionatore vecchio e guasto.

un très bon hotel je reviendrai
Pros:

Hotel en plein centre ville et collé à la gare de Sao Bento, chambre très propre et confortable et nettoyée tous les jours par la femme de ménage, petit déjeuner offert et varié, la dame qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner est adorable, une personne est toujours à l'acceuil 24h/24, plusieurs des personnels de l'hotel parlent anglais et/ou français, j'ai pris une grande chambre Deluxe avec douche ET baignoire dans ma salle de bain et un grand lit pour moins de 100€ par nuit

Cons:

- il est dommage de devoir donner les clés de notre chambre à l'acceuil à chaque fois que l'on veut sortir dehors et de devoir re passer par l'acceuil les re demander à chaque fois qu on revient à l'hotel, si l'on sort et revient plusieurs fois dans la journée ce n'est pas pratique, j'aurai aimé pouvoir garder les clés de ma chambre avec moi pendant tout le séjour.

- il n'y a pas de petite pancarte "Ne pas déranger / vous pouvez entrer " à accrocher sur la porte de la chambre, pour signaler à la femme de ménage si elle peut entrer ou non, cela est dommage
