I like the neighbor and the personal safety it afford me.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included to my knowledge, but the location was awesome even though it didn't come with parking. Everything l needed was in walking distance.

Cons:

Fresh drinking water was not available at anytime during my stay . Parking on site would have been even better.

Worst experience ever.
Pros:

It was all bad.

Cons:

The pictures on the website were not what we ending up having to stay at. It advertised private bathroom but we had to share a bathroom with another room. The whole place was super dirty and smelled horrible.

Cons:

The doors into the units have a code on the doorknob that, when entered, makes like a loud alarm noise, sort of like a microwave, so if you ever come back to the unit late, it can be kinda obnoxious.

The room was really nice, especially for the price we paid! 🥰 It had a refrigerator and the bed was actually really comfortable. At first, we were a little worried because the bathroom and shower were shared, but honestly, you barely notice the other guests at all. Everything was so clean, and every time we walked in, it smelled fresh and clean.

The bathroom and shower were also really nice considering the price and the value we got. The room itself is small, but for the price, it was definitely worth it.

The location was great! It’s in a really nice neighborhood with lots of students and families. There were stores, cafés, and everything we needed nearby, so we never felt like we were missing anything.

The metro was about a 10-minute walk away, and then it was around 30 minutes to the city center, so about 40 minutes total. But honestly, it never felt like a long trip.

We got a weekly public transportation pass for only $25 for all 7 days, and we could use it as many times as we wanted every day, which was super convenient and affordable.

Overall, I really recommend this place! Great neighborhood, clean, comfortable, good location, and for the price we paid, it was honestly amazing. We really loved our stay! ❤️

Your experience greatly depends on which room they give you: it can either be amazing or a nightmare.
Pros:

good cost, location and privacy. In the past, I had good rooms at this airbnb.

Cons:

The room they gave me was horrendous. The AC didn’t work so I was overheating at night and could barely get any quality sleep. The staff are extremely slow at responding to messages and their customer service number straight up doesn’t work. I kept asking for a different room, toilet paper, and a fix for the heat but they never responded. It was only until the ceiling was leaking due to the rain that they finally responded and gave me instructions for a different room. That’s another thing, the room they have me had ceiling damage and the rain water wasn’t literally falling onto the bed.

Lovely and accessible location, comfortable sleep but not the cleanest
Pros:

The property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of parks, grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Just a 4m walk towards bus stops if you’re heading downtown or want to take the red/blue lines so transportation is great.

There’s a working fridge, sink and microwave.

The bathroom was clean and tidy with running hot water but the toilet didn’t flush at night so I had to fill a pitcher to flush it manually.

Cons:

Cleanliness was lackluster, there’s a musky smell when entering the property and also the room itself, although the AC quickly gets rid of it.

The room was dusty, the cabinets had crumbs and there were a few bugs as well.

The desk has a black oil/grease that stained my shirt and I had to wipe it clean with napkins.
