La ubicación, las instalaciones y el trato del personal.
Nos ubicaron en la planta baja y la puerta da a la entrada y a la recepción. Bastante ruido a las 8 de la mañana al estar hablando la gente.
Posizione ottima, la pulizia e lo staff cordiale. Consigliato.

Chambres bien aménagées et confortables, décoration très agréable. Emplacement central. Le personnel très gentil.
J'ai remarqué la présence de fourmis dans la chambre et beaucoup de poussière sur les câbles de suspension des lustres. À part cela, tout était propre, mais ils n'ont pas remarqué ce problème. Une autre chose négative est que, si l'on fournit du sucre, du café soluble et du thé d'infusion en cadeau de bienvenue, il serait approprié de fournir aussi une bouilloire. Il y avait une machine à capsules de café, que l'on pouvait récupérer uniquement à la réception au coût de 1 euro chacune. Mais à ce stade, disposant d'un environnement si agréable et soigné, il serait gentil de mettre deux capsules de bienvenue dans une chambre double, ainsi que deux petites bouteilles d'eau. C'est une question de courtoisie. Cela ne veut pas être un commentaire négatif, mais simplement une suggestion d'amélioration, car nous avons vraiment très bien été et je reviendrai sûrement.
Отель оставил приятное впечатление. На ресепшене нас встретил очень доброжелательный молодой человек, заселение прошло быстро. Мы приехали как раз к 14:00, поэтому сразу получили номер.
Рядом с отелем есть небольшой сувенирный магазин, где можно купить воду и разные мелочи, что было очень удобно.
Больше всего меня приятно удивило наполнение ванной комнаты. Несмотря на то, что отель недорогой, здесь были не только шампунь, гель для душа и мыло, но и одноразовые зубная щётка с пастой, расчёска и шапочка для душа. Я была во многих отелях в разных странах, и даже в более дорогих часто не предоставляют ничего, кроме геля для душа. Поэтому такой подход действительно порадовал.
Сам номер оказался довольно просторным, а кровать — большой и удобной.
Мы жили на первом этаже, поэтому ночью и утром было хорошо слышно людей, которые проходили мимо и разговаривали на улице. Чтобы было тише и прохожие не могли заглядывать в номер, приходилось полностью закрывать окна и шторы. Из-за этого в комнате практически не было дневного света. В остальном к отелю претензий нет.

Habitación interior con ventana que daba a la recepción, no está bien insonorizada. Podían oírse todos los ruidos de la recepción, hasta el pasar de hojas del recepcionista.
