Le lieu est exceptionnellement beau, verdoyant, plein d'animaux et la cuisine délicieuse ! Les personnes qui travaillaient en cuisine étaient tres gentilles. En revanche la très jolie piscine que nous espérions tant après une journée dans le parc Tayrona était vide....et personne ne nous a averti avant le paiement...
Nous avons trouvé que la salle de bain manquait de propreté (plusieurs vieux savons déjà utilisés dans la douche...) Mais ce qui nous a le plus déplu reste le manque de sincérité de la part de la gérance qui ne nous a annoncé le défaut de piscine ni par message avant notre arrivée, ni même une fois sur place. Quand nous nous en sommes rendu compte, ils nous on juste dit qu'elle était en nettoyage et à notre départ nous ont "gracieusement" accordé une ristourne de 2€ sur notre dîner....

El 8 de mayo 2026 tuve un accidente dentro del hotel, un esguince por pisar un hueco ( relleno de piedras por dentro) que estaba en el césped al lado de la habitación y no se veía porque lo tapaba el pasto, visualmente no se podía detectar. Los empleados y la administradora fueron totalmente indiferentes al accidente, NO me prestaron los primeros auxilios, ni siquiera se ocuparon de ayudarme a salir del hotel teniendo en cuenta que solamente podía apoyar un pie y debía caminar varios metros hasta la entrada principal del hotel. Incluso la señal allá es pésima y nunca se ofrecieron para apoyarme con la llamada al seguro para que yo recibiera atención, mi novio se encargó de gestionar TODO. El sistema de energía es pésimo, trabaja con planta, la cual apagan en la noche y el calor es insoportable. Adicionalmente, la puerta de la habitación estaba despegada, es decir cualquier persona podía entrar sin problema, sabían del daño y no lo organizaron, sin privacidad ni seguridad. No tenían la habitación lista cuando llegamos, una habitación con una cama, un espejo y una mesita de 20x20 cm y NO había donde poner los elementos personales. La cama no era cómoda, muy dura.
The garden was wonderful and we really enjoyed using the pool. The kids loved watching the cotton-top tamarin tease the macaw parrot in the garden!
Our house was comfortable but not as well insulated from bugs as the other houses. I didn't mind this but some family members were less comfortable. It's the jungle so the water and lighting were limited, which is limited.
I didn't like that the cost of water was higher than on the trail within the park. While some price increase is understandable within the park, I would expect the price at the accommodation to at least be the same as on the trails (if not cheaper as we were much closer to the park entrance).
I also realized it wasn't really worth the expense to stay inside the park. We still had to take a bus first to the park entrance and then to the trailhead, so if I were to go again I would book a place just outside the park entrance. The entrance fee is steep for a family of four (no discounts for kids). We also wondered how much of it goes into supporting the local indigenous communities, who still have to eke out a living by selling whatever they can on the trails.

Le fait de payer 6000 cop pour faire 300m en collectif poser nos valises et repayer pour faire la deuxième partie de route avant les balades. Et du coup idem pour le départ. Le confort précaire et une chambre qui ferme pas.
Super Lage im Park (vom Eingang El Zaino ca. 5 Min Fahrt mit dem Minibus und weitere 7 Min Fußweg (idealerweise mit Rucksack reisen); von der Unterkunft bis zum Wanderweg gibt es auch einen Minibus, zu Fuß sind es ca. 45 Min),
wir hatten eine kleine Hütte (ausreichend für 1-3 Nächte), ohne Klimaanlage (war ok, da es abends nicht mehr heiß ist),
toller Pool, sehr schöne Umgebung mit Pflanzen und Vögeln,
leckeres Essen, auch gute vegetarische Optionen.
Es ist eine Unterkunft mitten in der Natur, daher etwas feuchter Geruch, da manche Hütten offen/abgedichtet sind (keine Kritik, nur als Info).
Die Toilette war Benins etwas schmutzig und der Mülleimer war nicht geleert.

Situé en pleine nature, c’est très beau et paisible. Les bungalows sont très confortables. Le personnel est très aimable et toujours prêt à vous aider et à vous servir. La nourriture était délicieuse et, étant dans le parc, les prix sont abordables
Malheureusement, pendant notre séjour, il y a eu une coupure de courant pendant quelques jours. L’équipe de Magic Green a fait tout son possible pour que nous nous sentions à l’aise malgré tout

La amabilidad del personal
Que los dos primeros dias de estadía no había electricidad y era a por falla eléctrica del hotel. También encontré que la ubicación del hotel se encuentra lejos de la playa y lugares de interés.

Bedden waren heel klein voor 2 personen, accommodatie gedateerd
Przyjemny pobyt na 2 noce, na miejscu klumat dżungli i odpoczynek :) Dzieci szczególnie polubiły małpkę titi, małą psotniczkę. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Basen daje przyjemne orzeźwienie ;)
Warto wiedzieć wcześniej, że jak śpisz tutaj to albo weź mały bagaż albo musisz zaplacic za wjazd jeepa na teren parku oraz są dodatkowe oplaty za spedzenie nocy w parku - to się płaci przy wjeździe.
Na miejscu mozesz kupić wodę butelkowaną, lub pić z kranu (brak ogolnodostepnej wody).
Do szlaku musisz dojść droga asfaltową ok. 40-50 minut (jest tez bus).
Dobrze jak umiesz mówić po hiszpańsku :)
