Pros:

A calm place, specious room with a good closet, confortable bed, a fridge nearby, kitchen to cook and sink for dishes, water dispenser to drink.

Cons:

The loud noise from the mosque in front every morning at 4:30 AM,.and the presence of a couple of non harmful geckos/lizards in the room dwelling there.
