Pros:

La posizione è fantastica. La struttura è di grande charme e molto pulita ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di manutenzione, soprattutto il bagno. La camera è molto spaziosa, con i soffitti alti e il letto davvero comodo. Il personale gentilissimo e la colazione molto buona e abbastanza varia.

Cons:

La struttura è d'epoca e questo immagino imponga dei vincoli anche x la manutenzione. La camera pur avendo gli arredi datati è accogliente il bagno invece è assolutamente da sistemare.

Personal sehr freundlich....Hotel historisch....Tolle Aussicht... Ausgezeichnetes Fischlokal....

Cons:

Fön war leider kaputt.... Keine Klimaanlage( wurde in der Zimmerbeschreibung zwar drauf hingewiesen, war aber trotz beigestelltem Ventilator extrem heiß)

Cons:

Nem volt klíma, a ventillátor iszonyat poros volt, a zuhanyrózsa a plafonból lóg, nem állítható, az ajtó belülről nem zárható, kevés konnektor, a konyhai közhűtőben reggel nem találtam meg, amit betettem, nem volt parkoló. Gyenge választék és menyiség a reggelinél.

Pros:

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer, guter Ausgangspunkt zum Radeln, Wandern oder für einen Tag am Meer, Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem Komfort, außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal- Danke an Giacomo für die tollen Tipps und die guten Gespräche

La vista e la colazione.

Cons:

La struttura si erge ad un albergo a tre stelle sul golfo di Trieste, ma la gestione bada più all'apparenza che alla sostanza. I servizi offerti non son pari ad un albergo a tre stelle, poiché la struttura è situata all'interno di un ostello, ovvero innanzitutto non c'è aria condizionata in camera, si offre un ventilatore e l'acqua, proprio perché sono consapevoli della grave carenza. Inoltre in camera non c'è il telefono per contattare la reception per emergenze o chiedere servizi, tanto meno la TV. Per non parlare dell'arredo della stanza, molto datato, con ovvie ripercussione sul loro utilizzo, sia del como che dei comodini inutilizzabili per l'età che rendeva impossibile l'apertura dei comparti, ovvero delle prese situate in zone scomode, rendendo necessaria la presenza di una ciabatta. Il bagno molto scarno di mobilio era addirittura sprovvisto di bidet, il che rende ovviamente limitato il suo utilizzo, con obbligo di lavarsi direttamente in doccia. Inoltre, sempre per analizzare i servizi, 9 volte su 10, la reception non era presidiata da nessuno, l'ingresso era invece costantemente aperto ed accessibile dalla strada molto frequentata di giorno dai turisti, ovvero la sera a la notte dagli avventori dall'adiacente ristorante o dei partecipanti alle serate danzanti dei vicini lidi. E' bene segnalare infine che ci è stato immediatamente rappresentato che non era disponibile l'ascensore, tuttavia nessuno si è minimamente offerto di aiutarci con i bagagli.

Unser Zimmer war etwas einfach unter dem Dach aber das Bett war gut und wir konnten gut schlafen wir waren nur eine Nacht dort das war okey…

The location is everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

We had a room on the first floor with a window view of the Sea. Terrific views. The room was equipped with everything necessary for comfort, queen size bed was nice and the room was spacious. The breakfast was outstanding with something for everybody who needs a good breakfast to start the day.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning but the room did have an oscillating fan. With the breeze from the sea we were comfortable. There was no TV but we did not miss it. The shower was small and shower head was not adjustable. Also lights in bathroom were based on motion movement which would not detect if in shower.

Rustikale Villa mit Charme
Pros:

Alte rustikale Villa mit Charme und wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer von eigener Großraumterasse - sowie Blick auf Schloss Miramare.
Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen ist angeschlossen.
Da die HP vorab infor.iert, dass es keine Klimaanlage und keinen Lift gibt, ist das total ok.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist schlecht, da alle, die ande Strand wollen, auf der Straße parken und das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze hat.
Das direkt angeschlossene Restaurant, sowie die Straße sind sehr laut - an diesem Tag war zusätzlich eine Hochzeit am 200 m entfernten Strandclub, die für zusätzlichen Lärm sorgte...

Die Villa ist in einer wunderschönen Lage direkt am Meer und unweit vom Schloss Miramare. Die Terrasse zu unseren Zimmer und auch die Terrasse um zu Frühstücken schätzten wir äusserst. Auch, dass es immer Wasser zur freien Verfügung hatte, ist sehr aufmerksam von der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft fiel der Empfang etwas sehr kühl, schon fast unprofessionell aus. Auch, dass die Unordnung von einem Vorausgehenden Gewitter über längere Zeit nicht aufgeräumt wurde war etwas unangenehm. Bei Schichtwechsel und dem neuen Team wurde jedoch schnell aufgeräumt und der Check-out fiel sehr herzlich aus. Daher können wir die Unterkunft dennoch weiterempfehlen.
