Good value
Pros:

It didn't look like this from the street! Was hard to find. Just beside Hotel Lleras. I got a small self contained room with TV and air con for cheap. Breakfast too. Great deal.

Cons:

There is noise at night from nearby clubs. Despite lots of police around, the street isnt safe at night with sex workers, etc. Not good for a single girl. They sold me some small mezzanine room which means its in an attic and you cant stand in it. Lol. No!!!! I took a different room

Si buscas un lugar para conocer Medellín en familia o en pareja, no lo recomendaría.pude notar que varias habitaciones de la planta baja parecen utilizarse como motel de paso (ustedes me entienden). probablemente por su ubicación privilegiada, a tan solo unos 200 metros del Parque Lleras, una de las zonas más concurridas y activas de Medellín. Por esta razón, el ambiente puede no ser el más adecuado para quienes buscan tranquilidad o una experiencia más familiar.

Cons:

Mi habitación en el primer piso era muy pequeña, no habia ventilación en el wc ni ducha, dado que no tenia ventana. Se escuchan los ruidos de otras habitaciones, por lo que no me gustó eso.

Good value property, centrally located. Easily accessible for the room, need to take a flight of stairs to the top level for breakfast.

Cons:

Not possible to close bathroom window, so noise from outside could sometimes be heard (window connects to stairwell). It was usually quiet, but other guests could be heard, so light sleepers take note.
