Agradable pero mejorable
Pros:

El personal es amable y agradable, el hotel tiene encanto, y el desayuno esta rico.

Cons:

Los baños necesitan reforma. La anteúltima noche las aguas fecales se filtraron por debajo del wc por un mal sellado de la base, y a pesar de avisar al personal no nos pudieron dar ninguna solución.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel charmant et calme.
Pros:

Petit hôtel à taille humaine, chaleureux, calme et bien situé. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Un très grand merci à Jean-Pierre et à son équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.

Hôtel discret de l’extérieur mais charmant à l’intérieur
Pros:

L’agencement intérieur des espaces communs, le personnel très gentils et chaleureux, le petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et complet, là proximité des plages et restaurants.

Cons:

Pas de parking approprié mais c’est pas dérangeant on peut se garer sur la route devant l’établissement.

Personnel acceuillant, lieu chaleureux et calme. Décore magnifique.
L'ambiance y est très famillial, on ce sens tout de suite à la maison.
La nourriture est exellente et copieuse.
Le personnel et les patrons son très arrangeant, que ce soit pour les horaires, on peut aussi expliquer aux patrons ce que l'on souhaite faire durant le séjours et ils nous trouvent des lieux, des contacts, ils prennent rendez-vous, etc,
Service bien être sur place par une professionelle pour des massages, pédicures, etc,

A beautiful Oasis, wonderful staff, especially Jean- Pierre who was always so helpful, amazing breakfast and a chilled place to be , loved the courtyard and lounge area, swimming pool and near the bus route . Merci x

séjour restant tout de meme agréable grâce aux efforts du personnel
Pros:

le petit déjeuner était correcte , le repas du soir était bien, personnel tres serviable, investi et sympathique. Proche d'une tres belle plage a pied et possibilité de prendre le bus au bout de la rue

Cons:

accueil stressant a notre arrivée et a notre départ de la part des propriétaires,manque d' espace dans la chambre, manque de lumière naturelle et pas de vue, pas d'emplacement pour ranger les valises, frigo sale et cassé, pas de rideau ou porte de douche et pourtant vendu comme chambre supérieur.

Super warm hospitality and loved the quirky art
Pros:

Loved the true boutique atmosphere of the hotel and the quirky art decorating it. I felt truly welcomed and they were kind enough to serve me an early breakfast considering my prebooked activity. Great value for money and their pina colada was not only great but also served very stylishly.

Cons:

A bit on the outskirts of Grand Baie but only a short taxi ride to either Trou-aux-Biches or Grand Baie.
