Pros:

スタッフは凄く話しやすく、チェックインの時間に間に合わないと相談をかけたら、いい案を出して頂いて、スムーズに心配な事を解決してくれました。凄く静かで、上品な場所でした。2日連泊でしたが、今度大阪へまた、関西空港を使うなら、また泊まりたいと思います。

少し市街から離れてるのかな…車があれば、特に問題はありません。

Pros:

Все супер, локация далеко, но есть велосипеды (немного старые, но рабочие, но можно пользоваться только 2 часа)

Cons:

Локация, но есть удобный шаттл до аэропорта так что это не стало проблемой

スタッフの方々がとても親切で最高でした！
子供達も喜んでました！
自分の分の夕ご飯が急遽変わったのですが本場の方が作っておられており辛さもちょうど良くてとても美味しかったです！
子供も珍しくペロリと全部食べてました。
朝ご飯も庭園を見ながらゆっくり美味しく頂きました。
お部屋もとても綺麗で満足のいく旅行になりました！
また泊まれる機会がありましたら是非利用したいです！

We hadden een comfortabel verblijf in het hotel. Ideaal voor onze laatste nacht voordat we weer naar huis zouden vliegen

De kamer was schoon en de bedden waren comfortabel. Er is een gratis shuttledienst naar het treinstation met goede verbindingen richting zowel de luchthaven als Osaka.
Waarin dit hotel zich echt onderscheidt, is de klantvriendelijke instelling van de medewerkers. Er werd goed meegedacht en ze waren erg betrokken. De chauffeur van de shuttlebus die mij en onze bagage naar een bagagedepot heeft gebracht, ging zelfs met me mee op zoek naar de betreffende shop, die niet eenvoudig te vinden was. Super! Ik kan dit hotel dan ook aan iedereen aanraden.
