Je n’ai pas été convaincue par la qualité de l’accueil. Le personnel se contentait souvent d’un simple bonjour, sans réelle attention portée aux clients. De plus, la présentation et la tenue de certains employés ne semblaient pas à la hauteur de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement de tourisme

Pros:

La décoration ainsi que les attentions auxquelles on ne s'attend pas, par exemple la bibliothèque pour enfants et le coin bibliothèque pour les adultes, l'eshéthique chaleureuse et familiale de la salle à manger, tout cela constitue une très heureuse surprise.
Le petit-déjeuner est de grande qualité et la cour ombragée est très agréable.
Tout ceci fait totalement oublier l'emplacement dans une zone industrielle.

Cons:

Un seul petit oreiller tout mou par personne, c'est très insuffisant. Il manque soit un traversin, soit un second oreiller.

Eine wunderschöne Etappe auf dem Weg in den Süden
Pros:

Ich habe bereits mehrfach auf der Durchreise in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige km von der Autobahn entfernt, eignet sich aber auch als Standort zur Erkundung der Stadt Lyon und der schönen Umgebung. Das Hotel verfügt über viele eigene Parkplätze dahinter, ebenso wie über einen Aufzug, was für ältere Menschen sehr attraktiv ist. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber funktional eingerichtet, vor allem aber auch sehr sauber. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. In der besseren Jahreszeit kann man auch den Garten nutzen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, ebenso wie der Service im Restaurant, das pittoresk daherkommt: keine Einrichtung "von der Stange", sondern viele Antiquitäten, alte Möbel, schöne Dekorationsartikel, aber trotzdem modern und nicht überladen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Restaurant, in dem hervorragend mit frischen Produkten der Region frisch gekocht wird. Ich empfehle, von der angebotenen Möglichkeit der "Halbpension" Gebrauch zu machen, also Frühstück und Abendessen gleich mit zu buchen. Es gibt eine Tageskarte mit Auswahlmöglichkeiten, auf der jeder das Beste für sich finden kann. Das Frühstück wird schön im Restaurant mit vielen frischen Produkten präsentiert. In Plastik verpackte Portionen findet man hier gottseidank nicht. Alles in allem: Eine sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Ich werde wiederkommen
