Wir hatten es uns deutlich schöner vorgestellt und können das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereits.

Cons:

Die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt und machten keinen einladenden Eindruck. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch. Unser Zimmer sollte klimatisiert sein, jedoch hat man von der Klimaanlage nichts gemerkt.

Amazing location and fantastic staff!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. I think it was the hottest weekend in Vienna so we were super happy to stay in this beautiful suburb Klosterneuburg. We loved the garden were we sat under a magnificent magnolia tree (wow) and we went swimming at the danube beach. Next time we visit Vienna we will stay here again definitely!

Pros:

Ein nettes Hotel mit chilliger Atmosphäre, welches wir wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen können. Super Preis-Leistung und der Gastgeber war voll nett und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir haben viel mit ihm gelacht und gescherzt- wir kommen gerne wieder !

Pros:

De ligging tov openbaar vervoer, parkeren en de keuze tijdens het ontbijt. Ook de ontvangst door een vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Zij was zeer gastvrij. Helaas was zij er alleen de eerste ochtend. Ook de nieuwe bedden zijn top.

Cons:

De hygiëne, tijdens de 4 dagen niet 1 keer schoongemaakt. Na het te vragen wel schone handdoeken gekregen. Afstandsbediening klef, op plekken waar je niet direct komt heel veel stof, houten toiletbril was niet fris en tot slot de man die er 's ochtends bij het ontbijt was, was totaal niet gastvrij. Ook de kwaliteit van het beleg was niet goed/vers. Kennelijk is dit hotel eind vorig jaar overgenomen door een jong stel. Ik wens hun veel succes, maar er zal veel verbeterd moeten worden. De revieuws uit het verleden zijn helaas nu niet meer van toepassing en hebben ons op het verkeerde been gezet..

Cons:

Es gab leider zu wenige Fahrrad Unterstellplätze. Unsere Räder haben die ganze Nacht im strömenden Regen hinter dem Haus im Garten gestanden. Ansonsten war alles sehr.

Wir hatten nach den Bildern andere Vorstellungen auch vom Garten
Pros:

Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Gute Betten

Cons:

Man musste jedesmal nachfragen wenn etwas am Buffet ausgegangen ist, wurde nie automatisch aufgefüllt. Wir waren 5 Tage da das Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt, Abfalleimer nur auf Nachfrage geleert.

Great property to stay at, very comfy, breakfast was divine & staff super friendly.
Pros:

The room was cozy and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was divine, everything I was hoping for and more.

Cons:

The only English speaking TV Channels were a French News channel and Al Jazeera which was ok but would have been nice to have something fun to watch before bed. We weren’t there to watch TV though so it wasn’t an issue really.

Séjour au calme dans un quartier très joli et avec du personnel accueillant.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très varié que ce soit sucré ou salé, et à volonté.
L'établissement est très bien situé, au calme, non loin du centre ville, de la gare et tout près d'un arrêt de bus.
La chambre est lumineuse avec ses grandes fenêtres, et la literie parfaite.

Cons:

Le nombre de prise est insuffisant si l'on doit faire charger des appareils électroniques.
