Traumhafte Unterkunft für eine Woche in Rom
Pros:

The Place 217 ist ideal gelegen - nah zum Vatikan, Petersdom und Engelsburg. Zu U-Bahn Station sind es ca. 600 Meter. Die Unterkunft ist im 6. Stock gelegen. Bis zum 5. Stock fährt ein historischer Fahrstuhl, die letzte Etage geht es über eine flache Treppe. Das Hotel-Team war super Nett und Hilfsbereit und hilft auch bei den Koffern für die letze Etage. Aus unserem Zimmer konnten wir den Petersdom sehen und das Bad war der Kracher: Eher schon ein eigener Wellnessbereich mit Whirlpool und Sauna. Die Sauna haben wir bei 31 Grad Aussentemperatur zwar nicht genutzt aber der Whirlpool bietet tolle Entspannung, wenn man den ganzen Tag auf Sightseeing war.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker und von Tag zu Tag abwechslungsreich.
Wir haben hier während unserer Hochzeitsreise gewohnt uns es war rundum dem Anlass angemessen. Wir werden sicher wieder hier wohnen, wenn wir nochmal nach Rom kommen.

Excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and service that went above and beyond our expectations.
Pros:

Very clean, well-maintained property in a prime location in Prati. We accidentally left a pair of AirPods in the room, and I have rarely experienced such exceptional service. We were notified as soon as they were found, while we were already on our way to the airport.

The staff stayed in contact with us throughout the process and went out of their way to find the most reasonably priced international shipping option. One of the staff members even personally arranged and sent the AirPods for us.

Their willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable and says a great deal about the spirit, professionalism, and quality of service at this property. Highly recommended.

Cons:

This was not a drawback for us, but it may be useful for others to know: there are a few steps leading to the elevator, followed by another flight of stairs from the elevator to the hotel floor. The staff are happy to assist with luggage, but guests with mobility limitations or difficulty using stairs may wish to keep this in mind when booking.

Pros:

Les deux jeunes filles étaient exceptionnelles et elles nous ont sauvé la vie car nous avions oubliés nos passeports dans le coffre de l’hôtel elles nous ont téléphoné rapidement nous avons eu le temps de retourner les chercher!!! Oufff merci encore!!!
