We were very pleased with 217 and the staff!!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious! We had to checkout very early and the staff went out of their way and put numerous items in our room the night before to have for breakfast. FANTASTIC!!

Overall nice stay. Room slightly on the small side however bathroom very large. Quiet location and well equipped room.

Good location, comfy room with the nicest staff.
Pros:

The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing.
Walking distance to the vatican.
Staff were so friendly and very helpful with any queries or information we might have been looking for.

Cons:

The lift was a bit intimidating. The hotel was on the top floor and that meant having to take the lift of take the stairs, so many stairs. other than that the hotel was great. No real complaints at all.

Excellent staff, beautiful property in a lovely location within walking distance to St Peter’s Square & the city cen
Pros:

This property is an absolute gem. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The staff are amazing, the room was fantastic with excellent air conditioning (a must in the present heat). The breakfast was delicious & it felt as if nothing was too much trouble. The room has a fabulous bathroom, even the products were so good. It is an easy 10 minute walk to St Peter’s Square & less than 30 minutes to the city centre walking. We arrived in Termini train station & took the underground train to get here which was very easy & convenient. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Estupendo alojamiento en zona Vaticano si quieres salir del circuito hotelero tradicional
Pros:

Estupendo alojamiento si quieres salir del circuito hotelero habitual. El establecimiento ocupa la planta ático en un edificio clásico en una buena zona. Hay una recepción, una sala para los desayunos y otra zona con sofás, además de las 5 ó 6 habitaciones. El desayuno lo traen cada mañana fresco y es muy completo (fruta, bollería, fiambre, buen café, etc. también te preparan huevos en el momento).

Cons:

Como se ha vuelto casi una plaga, la política de entrada/salida es demasiado estricta. Solicitamos un late check-out (pagándolo) y nos ofrecieron salir a las 12:00 (su norma es salida a las 11:00/11:30 de la mañana) por 25 euros.
Por otra parte, la limpieza de los suelos de la habitación era mejorable (mucho polvo visible en el parque). La zona de armario (al aire, sin puertas) es reducida.

קיבלנו סוויטה ל-6 אנשים בסוויטה שני חדרי שינה ענקיים בכל חדר מיטה זוגית ובסלון ספה הנפתחת למיטה זוגית .
בכל חדר בסוויטה ,ישנה מקלחת ובה שירותים + בסלון גם כן מקלחת ושירותים .
מהמטבח הופתעתי לטובההההה כי לא ציפיתי ובשימחה גיליתי בו מקרר קצת יותר גדול ממיני מקרר ,מכונת כביסה (היה בה שימוש יעיל) ,מדיח כלים וכד'......
