Pros:

Homy atmosphere and nice station view. Sofa in the room is a nice option for sleeping too. There is a big bathroom with soaps and kitchen is nicely decorated. Place for a car too. Good shops beside and easy to walk to city centre.

Cons:

Automatic door in the building works in a complicated manner.

Se proprio non c'è nient'altro...e bisogna accontentarsi!
Pros:

È veramente di fronte alla stazione dei treni/autobus, attraversandola ci si trova direttamente in centro.

Cons:

Dal contesto sembra quasi che sia un alloggio popolare adibito ad affittacamere, arredato alla menopeggio con cose di recupero.
Il bagno e la doccia sono ciechi, decentemente puliti ma molto vecchi, la camera per quanto grande era disposta male e più che pezzi d'arredo sembravano gli scarti di un mercatino dell'usato. Il letto era sufficientemente comodo e la biancheria era pulita.
All'ingresso mi è stato chiesto di togliermi le scarpe e lasciarle lì, incustodite assieme a quelle di altri...
45€ sono una cifra spropositata per una notte qui, a voler essere generosi la metà sarebbe stata più che sufficiente!

Pros:

Yhteyshenkilö oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Huoneen edullinen hinta antoi olettaa että majoituksen taso on tyydyttävä. Tällä Oulun reissulla tarvitsimme nukkumapaikan 10h ajaksi, joten meille tämä huone oli hyvä valinta. Sijaintikin oli kävelymatkan päässä Ouluhallilta.

Cons:

Luulin varausta tehdessä että huoneessa on oma WC ja suihkutila. Paikalla paljastui että kyseessä on kerrostaloneliöstä muokattu majoitustila jossa on kolme erillistä makuuhuonetta. Onneksemme samaan aikaan ei ollut muissa kahdessa huoneessa majoittujia.

Keittiön, WC:n sekä suihkutilan kunto on tyydyttävä. Mutta pitää muistaa että hinta on todella halpa, niin hintalaatusuhde on kohdallaan.

Todella tyytyväinen
Pros:

Mukava majoittaja. Rauhallinen, kolme huonetta ja jaettu keittiö, vessa ja suihku. Vähän sama fiilis kuin hostellin yksityishuoneissa. Nukutti ihan hyvin ja matkustin lemmikkien kanssa, joten parveke oli iso plussa! Yövyin huoneessa nro 3, luulisin ettei kaikissa huoneissa ole parveketta. Sijainti on todella mainio ja hinta-laatusuhteeltaan varmaankin Oulun parhaimmistoa.

Cons:

Pölyä oli jonkin verran eli huolellisempaa siivousta ei ilmeisesti tehdä kovin usein. Kohde poikkesi kuvista hieman, esim. Suihkukaappia ei ollut. Ilmastointia ei myöskään ollut (tai se oli huono) joten kesäisin varmaan tulee kuuma. Nyt vielä huhti-toukokuun vaihteessa pärjäsi hyvin. Muiden äänet kuuluvat huoneeseen, esim. Jos joku käy vessassa. Herkkäunisille ei ehkä hyvä kohde siis, mutta varsinaista metelöintiä/häiriköintiä ei ollut.
