Localisation géniale et hôtel très accueillant et confortable

Nous avons passé deux nuits géniales à Plumwood boutique hôtel.
Le cadre est magnifique, le petit déjeuner très bon et le personnel vraiment très gentil. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, novo, bem decorado. Vista da varanda incrível. O banheiro ótimo, com banheira e chuveiro com boa pressão. Estacionamento incluso do lado do quarto. Lobby lindo e bem decorado. Café da manhã bom. Não tenho o que reclamar. O hotel é realmente ótimo.

Cons:

A piscina poderia ser aquecida.

Understated luxury, with the warmest of South African welcomes
Pros:

We loved the warm and genuine welcome, the bright and airy rooms with breathtaking views, and the location can’t be beat!

Cons:

The pool was a little cool but definitely refreshing on a hot day.

This was our second visit and it was just as good.
Pros:

This was our second visit and it was just as good. Plumwood is ideally located at the centre of Franschhoek in a residential area with lots of restaurants and wineries nearby. Lovely gardens and pool, great breakfast, great rooms and friendly team. The Wine Tram terminal is about a 20 min walk.

Cons:

It is getting more expensive.

A perfect spot for a stay in Franschoek
Pros:

Beautifully arranged spaces, from the reception lobby to the breakfast room and adjacent bar, the two swimming pools and especially our deluxe room. The hotel was perfectly located in a peaceful street in easy walking distance from the many lovely shops and restaurants on the Main Street. Delightful staff and delicious breakfast.

Beautiful tranquil place with lovely staff
Pros:

It’s a lovely place within easy reach. It’s quiet and beautiful. They have a lovely breakfast spread and wished I could have had time to come back for their 3pm cake and tea.

Cons:

The room we had did not have a lot of plug points for gadgets.

The point above dampene my view of the hotel. You are all about maximum profit than customer service
Pros:

The breakfast wss very nice but when i requested packed breakfast because I wsa out ducring the allocated time the choices were not nice nor did they demonstrate value for money

Cons:

My guest who occupied my second room for one night was late for breakfast by 5 minutes and the chef refused to make her breakfast. I found this ridiculous especially given the fact that she was occupying a room I had booked for two people who never pitched and therefore I lost all the breakfast money for the 4 days and the only time there is someone iojn the room and they are 5 minutes late the hotel refuses to make her breakfast
