Lovely hotel would recommend to others.
Pros:

Accommodation was very clean and stylish. Staff friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of the city centre.

Cons:

Please indicate not only there is no lift but the amount of stairs to the majority of rooms. If I had known I would have requested a room lower down.

Beautiful hotel with a Marie Antoinette vibe and a dash of modern tongue-in-cheek charm.
Pros:

Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom very modern - bathrobe and bedroom slippers provided which were a bonus to me. Eli was an absolute star. He made us feel like we’re visiting and staying at a friend’s. He made sure we checked in comfortably despite us arriving very late in the evening. We will definitely come back if we’re ever in Bath again.

Cons:

No lift - so travel light. But Eli did carry our luggage for us so it is not really an issue. Just something to note. Also no air-con but both standing and table fans were provided. We also had the window slightly open. The hotel is in a good neighbourhood so we didn’t experience noise from the street. Again, like the lift, the lack of aircon is not a big issue. During cold season this will not be an issue anyway. I actually had trouble waking up because the bed was so comfortable and I had such a good sleep!

Excellent overnight stay in this lovely hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff and excellent parking facilities at sister Hotel a few hundred metres away. Lovely room and very nicely recently refurbished Breakfast area serving a very appetising range of breakfast options

Un soggiorno che è una coccola
Pros:

La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio ed ha un design massimalista stupendo. Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La posizione è molto vicina al Pulteney bridge, ci si arriva facilmente a piedi.

Cons:

L’assenza di ascensore è stata l’unica pecca del soggiorno, inoltre il parcheggio potrebbe inizialmente risultare complesso.
