Gute Lage, schön ausgestattet
Great location, interesting design, very spacious and quiet room, despite major road construction just outside the hotel. The windows are mostly skylights which was fine for us, the one "regular" window helps to orient you. The shower stall is glass and completely open to the room, just a note. The reception staff were all lovely. There is no breakfast on site, but their recommendations were very good and there's plenty of choice around. The room was very clean on arrival. We stayed 4 days and there is no daily cleaning service. We got fresh towels on day 3, but no daily cleaning/ housekeeping as such. This suits us and keeps the prices lower than they would otherwise be which is good. If you check in after 8pm you are dealing with an automated system, it worked fine but some travellers might not like this. The kiosk scans your ID and takes your picture and then issues you your room key. Also, no elevator (that we saw anyway?) so we had to carry our bags up to the 3rd floor, it was ok for us, but I would book a ground floor room if this is a concern. In our communication with the hotel we found them responsive and helpful.
We liked the hotel and plan to stay again - there are just a few points to consider as it might not suit all travellers.
M'ha agradat l'estètica de l'habitació, que és ample i un llit molt còmode. Situat entre el castell i l'avinguda més comercial. Un lloc ideal per passar-hi uns dies.

The location was very good near the old town. Lots to do explore. I loved the river feature visivible from my bedroom. The bedroom had lots of windows with natural light plenty ful. The staff were helpful pleasant & responded immediately to any requests.
My bedroom was an attic type/style room. Hence it was very hot, humid for sleeping purposes. I would like clean towels, daily. Also, it would be beneficial to have a more regular room cleaning service.
