Nothing. The rooms were small. No AC, only 1 fan...in extreme heat. No staff to help with anything. Worst stay and experience. Couldn't connect with customer care too. Beds were the worst. I have back pain!

La habitación, tenia un colchón que se hundía, y una vez que tenias hecha la reserva y pagado sin poder volver atrás, te mandan un contrato increíble de cosas que te pueden cobrar, hasta si dejas una toalla sucia... te cobran mas que lo que vale la toalla que te ponen que ni vale para ducha ni seca nada. Ponen una mesa de trabajo, pero no hay ni enchufe para conectar el portátil. Dicen que es un sitio hecho para descansar, y por eso no hay TV en las habitaciones, pero mi habitación en medio del pasillo de escuchaba todo por el pasillo y pasando la gente. El mueble de baño, con un espejo, que tenia que agacharme para verme, y eso que mido 170...

La pared del baño era de piedra vista y estaba llena de moho. Las instalaciones olían muchísimo a humedad y al estar a pie de calle, no se descansa bien

La ubicación, inmejorable, y en general el servicio, sabía lo que había contratado, y contaba con ello, bueno, puede que no sea la opción más elegible, para todo el mundo, pero tiene su público, yo venía para un examen, y cuanto menos televisión y otras cosas mejor, una mesa, Wifi, y una cama cómoda para dormir, ideal para estancias cortas y ver el entorno que es precioso.

Cons:

Tuve algún problema al principio con la aplicación, a la entrada del hotel desde la calle, o no me funcionó bien la aplicación, o no me enteré bien, la app es muy sencilla, y con la puerta de la habitación no tuve problemas.

Habitación muy simple, en sótano, de limpieza, me encontré un pelo como se puede observar en la foto, además el pestillo de la puerta roto, le faltaba la parte para poder cerrar. Muy simple, para su precio. No era la habitación que me habían mandado en fotos, de la limpieza.
