Für einen einfachen Platz zum Schlafen komplett ausreichend und zufriedenstellend
Pros:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber modern eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden, die man selbst bedienen konnte, sodass man selbst die Temperatur wählen konnte. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Bades könnte deutlich moderner sein, hier hat man wohl noch nicht renoviert. Die Duscharmatur hing mehr schlecht als recht.
Das Haus ist hellhörig, nachts wurde auch einmal augenscheinlich versucht, meine Tür zu öffnen, ob es ein verplanter Gast kann ich nicht sagen.

Pros:

die ruhige Lage, Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

unser Zimmer (220) war im ersten Stock.
Unter dem Zimmer, links vom Eingang
versammelten sich 6/7 rauchende Monteure zur Abendstunde. Ein öffnen der Fenster hätte zu einer Rauchvergiftung geführt.
Dusche: der Duschkopf ist nicht feststellbar,
Fernbedienung: Funktion nicht 100%ig.
Kühlschrank: beim öffnen verrenkt man sich die Finger.
Schreibtisch: über dem rechten Schreibtischteil steht der Fernseher,
dort wo man eigentlich Fussfreiheit hat.
Es bleibt der linke Schreibtischteil zum Sitzen am Schreibtisch und da hat man keine Beinfreiheit.
Eigentlich Kleinigkeiten, aber abstellbar.
