Staff is very nice and helpful, but the place itself is not satisfactory.

They need to invest in keeping the place clean, and updated.
It has a funky smell all over.

Room was clean and new sheets, overall it was good but they have work on their management a bit more.

I recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded expectations with its impeccable cleanliness, robust security measures ensuring peace of mind, and friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond. La Maison Hotel is actually a guesthouse located in an upscale residential area of Islamabad. First-time visitors should note that it's situated in an unmarked building - typical for Pakistani guesthouses. This proved challenging when arriving at 1:30 AM, as my taxi drove around searching for any signage until a neighborhood watchman finally confirmed I was at the right location.
The neighborhood is safe, surrounded by nice homes, and conveniently located for exploring Islamabad's attractions. Getting around is easy using Careem taxis. The room offered some comfortable features, including an excellent bed and reliable internet connection. I appreciated the two complimentary water bottles provided, and the room was notably quiet. Breakfast is available for an additional charge, though I didn't try it.
However, there were maintenance issues that need attention. The room showed signs of wear with cracking paint and spots on the walls, the wall-to-wall carpeting was coming loose, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.
The staff was courteous and efficient, with both check-in and check-out being handled promptly. While the property has its shortcomings, it offers a quiet, safe location for travelers who prioritize neighborhood safety and convenience over luxury amenities. Future guests should arrange clear directions in advance, especially for night arrivals.

The envirement was quite and there was no distirbance. Moreover, the staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

Tenía la habitación reservada y se la otorgaron a otra persona. No respetaron mi reserva. Estuvimos una hora hablando y llamaron al gestor pero sin remedio. Tuve que llamar a Hoteles.com para que me dieran una solución.

The concierge at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and the housekeeping was always on it. Thank you for making our stay easy. There's a lovely garden to sit in with umbrellas for shade if the sun is out. Loads of different type of birds can be seen from the window. The hotel is close Islamabad's main attractions and also to F10 & F7 which can be regarded are the foodie areas.

Amazing stay, very spacious clean rooms and common area is available with executive suites to have good family time. Breakfast included which was very good especially the desi crispy paratha and Pakistani milk tea. The place is very convenient for moving around the beautiful city of Islamabad. With the high end vicinity of F11, this place is fantastic and good value of money
