Für meine Zwecke voll ausreichend zu einem supergünstigen Preis
Pros:

Dass sie sehr preiswert war.

Cons:

Schummrige Beleuchtung im Bad - Flokati Teppich im Zimmer (ich hasse Flokatis) - Fenster geht auf vielbefahrene Durchgangsstraße hinaus : Verkehrslärm - zwar in die Jahre gekommenes Bad (60er Jahre) aber zweckmäßig - es dauert ziemlich lang bis warmes Wasser kommt. Bett, Schrank und Stuhl nichts Hochwertiges aber OK. Zimmer und Bad sauber.
Im Bad kam Zigarettenrauch über die Lüftungsanlage. Das alles bei 3 Übernachtungen ist erträglich. OK bei dem Superpreis.

Für uns inakzeptabel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß. Die Matratzen waren bequem.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft ca. 18.00 Uhr wurden wir nicht zum Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war nicht gelüftet und stickig. Wir haben unser Gepäck abgestellt und sind wieder zu unserer Familienfeier gefahren Bei unserer Rückkunft 23.15 Uhr war das Restaurant geschlossen und niemand zu sehen. Leider war die Bettdecke des einen Bettes mit übelriechenden Flecken beschmutzt, sodass wir sie aus Ekel nicht genutzt haben. Die Sauberkeit im Bad und im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig (Ringe auf Fensterbank und auf Ablage im Bad). Zudem war der Feuermelder demontiert. Fotos vorhanden, ich verzichte auf das Hochladen.

Pros:

Die Nähe zu unserer Wohnmobilwerkstatt (Deister-Wohnmobile). Sowie die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Das wäre meckern auf hohen Niveau.

Ich buche hier wieder ein, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.
Pros:

Ankunft / Abreise sehr unkompliziert.
Kräftiger Wasserdruck und angenehm einzustellendes, heißes Duschwasser.
In den Betten kann man gut schlafen.

Cons:

Gerüche im Treppenhaus von dem Restaurant unten im Haus (das Zimmer war Geruchsneutral).
