The room was amazing, super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. It's a great place to relax for a few days. Although it's a small hotel, it's perfect for a romantic stay—very charming, peaceful, and calm. The boat transfer was smooth and reliable.
The food wasn't anything special. Considering the prices and the fact that it's the only place where you can eat without taking a boat, it could be much better.
The area at the back of the hotel, where the chairs are, could also be better maintained. The place is really beautiful and has so much potential—it could feel much cozier with a little more care.
Paradisíaco. Súper tranquilo, perfecto para descansar y desconectarse. Un servicio maravilloso y comida deliciosa. Destaco la disponibilidad de implementos para hacer snorkeling y paddle surf.
Quizá un poco rígido con el horario de las comidas
Le cadre est Paradisiaque, l'eau est cristalline et le personnel est au petit soin. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude afin de protéger la mangrove, ce qui n'est pas dérangeant.
Les prix sont un petit peu chers, sûrement à cause du fait d'être dans une île.

Isla demasiado tranquila sin opciones de ocio mas q las del hotel. Cierre del restaurante a las 19,30 sin opciones de ni siquiera poder comprar agua. El menu lo tienes q elegir casi después de desayunar. El happy hour es timo pues te ponen mitad del shot. Precios desorbitados para ser Colombia
Un havre de paix . L’endroit idéal pour se déconnecter 1 ou 2 nuits . Le personnel est très accueillant. Ils vous prêtent des paddle et des masques .
Le fait de devoir commander son repas très à l’avance … et de fermer le restaurant très tôt . L’aller retour en bateau depuis cartagene ( à réserver auprès dé l’établissement) n’est pas donné et il est mouvementé, mais ce n’est pas de leurs faute .
Un lugar perfecto para descansar, limpio con una playa super tranquila, sin ruido. Hay mucha paz.
La comida es escasa, no hay muchas opciones y después de las 7pm ya no hay en absoluto nada para consumir.
Me sentí engañada con el tema del transporte del hotel, me vendieron el traslado redondo a cartagena en un bote propio del hotel y en efecto el día que me recogieron en cartagena el bote era grande y el trayecto fue tranquilo y directo (el bote decía FRAGATA) sin embargo al regreso a cartagena llego por nosotros una lancha que parecía de las públicas, íbamos amontonados y el sol daba por todos lados, hizo paradas para recoger a gente en otros hoteles, iban además trabajadores de los hoteles y el trayecto fue por una parte muy fea (un río) un traslado super largo, por el tipo de lancha llegamos a cartagena todos mojados. El costo me pareció excesivo para el servicio que se me brindo al regreso.
A praia é espetacular, a comida muito saborosa. O quarto com vista para o mar traz um conforto delicioso. Funcionários atenciosos principalmente o Carlos e a Maria sempre prontos e com sorriso no rosto.

My wife and I loved our stay at the property; there are only 8 rooms, and it feels properly intimate and tranquil.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but it is honestly not an issue, since they have everything you might need. The hotel provides you with snorkeling gear and paddle boards you can use at either of 2 beaches (in front of and behind the property). The staff is super friendly, and breakfast, albeit repetitive, is tasty and plentiful. We stayed for 3 nights, and it seemed a perfect amount of time, given the fact that there's only one dining option at the property.
If you are looking to reconnect with nature and have a peaceful time, this is the place for you. There aren't any parties, no beach clubs that we greatly appreciated.
I also want to note the housekeeping team. Some of the reviews mentioned that the rooms are a little dated, which is expected given the heat and humidity, but this was the cleanest hotel we stayed in. Housekeeping cleaned windows(!) every single day, I have never seen anything like that.
The hotel could be a little more transparent about the fact that the only way of getting to it is by the boat transfer. Coming in, you need to be at the Cartagena port at 8 a.m., so plan accordingly. It is also a rather pricey transfer COP 120,000 per person, per one-way trip, plus a port tax of COP 31,500 per person, paid in cash. The boat transfer includes one (1) suitcase and one (1) personal item per person.
Any additional suitcase will incur an extra charge of COP 80,000 per item.
I wish the hotel would state these upfront, so you can make an informed decision, because it is not a cheap hotel, so the extra you have to pay for transfer does add up.
Also, they do not state upfront that you can't bring any food/water on the island with you, and if you do, you will have to pay a fee.

El lugar es mágico, es pequeño pero encantador
Fantástica ubicación con 2 playas / vistas. Es un verdadero paraíso. La comida muy rica y el personal muy muy amable.
No hay agua caliente por motivos medioambientales. (Entendible pero bueno informar).

Podrian mejorar los precioas pero entiendo que por la distancia y al ser una isla tse puedan subir, no encontamos muchas variedades de snacks o frutas
Fue una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido. Es realmente un lugar de ensueño. El entorno, las instalaciones, la tranquilidad y las vistas hacen que uno sienta que está en el paraíso. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Berta, que hizo nuestra estadía aún más especial. El desayuno fue excelente, la limpieza impecable y se nota la calidad y el cuidado en cada detalle. Como recomendación para futuros huéspedes, sugerimos utilizar el transporte del hotel, ya que es la opción más puntual, segura y cómoda para ir a la isla.
Sin dudas, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente.
No tenemos nada negativo para señalar. Como únicas sugerencias de mejora, sería muy útil contar con una ducha exterior o un espacio para limpiar los pies al volver de la playa, para evitar entrar arena a la habitación. También creemos que sumaría ofrecer algunas opciones de snacks o frutas entre las comidas para quienes desean comer algo ligero durante el día.
