Pros:

Great location. Right in the center of town and walking distance from the train station.
Very clean and tidy
Really spacious

Cons:

They could have some basic cooking supplies, like oil and salt.
If you want to do laundry before a cruise, it’s better to go to a public laundry, since washer/dryer are small.

A hidden gem in the center of Raveena- stay here!
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in walking distance to many attractions. The manager is superb always being available to answer questions and offer other services such as transportation. The restaurant downstairs is a must do! Their staff goes up and beyond. Many of our family members not speak Italian and the restaurant staff went beyond to help translate their wishes! And the food was delicious! The breakfast was awesome, just what was needed.

Cons:

There was a little problem when a bag couldn’t fit in the transportation van we reserved. The manager tried her best to resolve , but eventually turned out alright. Once again no fault of anyone just too much luggage.

The staff is very responsive, to emails and communication. The room was big and nice, all worked as they explained.
