Pros:

Mir hat außer der abenteuerlichen Zufahrt alles perfekt gefallen.
Personal war freundlich, Zimmer groß und sauber.
Ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Eben nur die Zufahrt.
Das Hotel befindet sich quasi auf der Alm...
Nicht jedes Auto eignet sich gut für diese Straßenverhältnisse.
Ich war mir zwischendurch nicht sicher, ob ich noch auf dem richtigen Weg bin.
Hat dann aber alles gut geklappt.

Würde ich als Hotel für den Ötztaler Radmarathon nicht empfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel und unser Zimmer war sauber und wirklich schön gelegen. Durch die Lage außerhalb oben auf dem Berg sicherlich ein schöner Ort um zu entspannen.

Cons:

Leider war die telefonische Erreichbarkeit des Hotels im Vorfeld sehr schwierig (ich habe über einen Zeitraum von 10 Tagen mehrfach angerufen und auch eine Mail mit Rückruf-Bitte geschrieben, bis ich irgendwann doch mal jemanden sprechen konnte).
Wir waren während des Ötztaler Radmarathons vor Ort. Teilnehmenden wurde ein “Frühstück” an 4 Uhr morgens angeboten. An sich super Service. Leider bestand das “Frühstück” aus drei Sorten Cornflakes und einer Tüte Milch. Als ich das am Abend bei der Abrechnung angemerkt hatte war hier wenig Entgegenkommen zu erwarten. Eher hat man den vollen Preis abgerechnet. Da hätte man sich diesen “Service” auch gleich sparen können.

Pros:

Wonderfull location and beautiful place to stay! Views in our balcony was amazing! Breakfast was super good! Redtaurant was good but my steak was littlebit overcooked. Taste and look was still amazing!

Mooi hotel, niet zozeer te spreken over het personeel en de service.
Pros:

Goede faciliteiten, goede spa en een mooi uitzicht

Cons:

Het personeel en de service was onpersoonlijk en niet meedenkend. Geen nette communicatie en de receptie was maar een deel van de dag geopend. Totaal geen vriendelijk personeel bij zowel het diner als het ontbijt. Daarnaast zijn onze handdoeken na dat housekeeping de kamer had opgefrist, zomaar op een hoopje op een stoel in de badkamer neergelegd.

Fantastisch hotel met veel faciliteiten in the middle of nowhere.
Pros:

Het uitzicht.

Cons:

De weg naar het hotel. Hoewel vantevoren duidelijk door het hotel aangegeven viel dat ons toch nog tegen.

Ein perfekt saniertes, ruhiges Juwel zum Wohlfühlen – mit absolutem Geheimtipp-Potenzial!
Pros:

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Das Hotel liegt wunderbar abgelegen und ruhig – perfekt, um nach einer anstrengenden Tour abzuschalten. Man merkt sofort, dass frisch saniert wurde: Alles ist sehr gepflegt, modern und sauber.
Ich hab mich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Bier vom Fass gab es leider nur im 0,33l-Glas – da muss man für den Durst ein paar Mal nachbestellen. 😉

Tolles Hotel, atemberaubende Lage mit furchtbarer Anfahrt!

Ein wunderschöner Blick übers Tal, ein toller Pool mit einem gigantischen Blick, tolle neue Terrasse, schönes Restaurant.

Cons:

Auch wenn der Blick und die Lage des Hotels einmalig sind, ist die Anfahrt über eine stopplige Schotterstraße mit vielen Schlaglöchern mit einem Sportwagen wie unserem ausgesprochen schlecht. Hatten Angst um die Reifen und dass wir aufsetzten.
Hätten wir es vorher gelesen, hätten wir das Hotel nicht gewählt

I would not recommend the hotel for a multi-day stay, especially in summer.
Pros:

The view from the hotel was nice, and so was the small pool where you could enjoy it. Breakfast was also pretty good. One plus for families: books and games were available to take out of the small play room.

Cons:

The à la carte menu wasn’t great — it felt overpriced for what you got. Portions were sometimes double what a person would normally eat in one sitting, for both kids and adults, so overall it didn’t feel like good value for money.

Room cleaning was fine, but there were no water refills, and glasses weren’t changed during a multi-day stay. Staff were friendly, but check-in and check-out felt like we were interrupting their day.

The road up to the hotel is also quite unpleasant, maybe even to say scary, and given the remote location, you might need to drive it several times a day to reach the village.
