I’d stay again if price is reasonable
Pros:

Good stay in the heart of downtown/Short North, nice size room on high floor in T2. Room was priced higher than normal because of conferences and city parade but wonderful sleep and very quiet. All staff I encountered were pleasant and extremely helpful. From valet and front desk (Leo and Brandy) to bar staff, servers and housekeeping. Pool was fine, not crowded around 8am, just note it is in T1. Breakfast was tasty and varied but I never got a refill on my coffee. Wagyu meatballs were yummy. Lovey rooftop bar with outstanding view. Some disappointments were that extra amenities requested took hours to receive. Carpet in room wasn’t the cleanest and one of the drinking glasses in my room was chipped and TV does not cast easily. Room service was speedy but does not come delivered on a white cloth cart lol… expect your meal to be delivered like DoorDash in to-go containers and bags. I would stay here again.

Good Stay
Pros:

Spent one night to visit friends in Columbus and enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and nicely appointed at a fair rate. Nice location with plenty of activities nearby. Friendly staff, too.

Pros:

Our room was quiet, even though the hotel was sold out. Clean. Mattresses ok, bit droopy in the middle. Atmosphere is wonderful. Service excellent. Central location. AND, something we noticed: art everywhere. So not just in the lobby, but in the rooms. Original, credited art. Impressive.

Love this place
Pros:

Everyone here is so wonderful, accommodating and friendly. We have stayed here twice with out 1 1/2 year old and they always take great care of us. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Overpriced hotel
Pros:

Close to venue. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I paid over $400 for a room for one night and had to pay $40 for parking not anywhere did it say I had to pay for parking. Ridiculous I will never stay here again. $20 for breakfast after you already paid hundreds of dollars os also crazy.

Plexus Convention
Pros:

Came for a Plexus Convention . Staff was amazing. Friendly and definitely great hospitality. Room was awesome. A big shout out to Brandi at front desk. All areas was clean.

meals provided by the hotel as part of the conference were very good; the "refreshment break"selections were very good

Cons:

We were invovled in a conference but we were set in a room far, far away in the extreme distance from the conference rooms. The staff offered us a closer room for $$$$ (this hotel is expansive thru many buildings)
One day of the conference: the hotel set out the same meal choices for lunch and dinner
Cost for our stay despite a "conference discounted" room was pretty hefty

Great location in downtown Columbia and a beautiful property
Pros:

Located by the convention center in Columbia, the Hilton is a large hotel located in downtown. The property is beautiful and well-maintained . The rooms are small but very functional. There is a desk with the ability to charge devices. There is a large shower and a nice size counter. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and water in the room. There are 2 building with a skybridge connecting them. A fitness center is available in both buildings. The fitness center is small but well equipped with strength and cardiac equipment. The size of the property can be challenging and sometimes hard to know which amenity is in which building. There was no food on property after 9 even in the bar. There are many restaurants on High street and lots of beautiful walks to see Ohio State, North Market and the Ohio state buildings along the river.
