Pros:

Es war alles fantastisch! Das Resort ist ein absoluter Traum. Man weiß gar nicht, wo man mit Lob und Begeisterung anfangen soll zu schreiben… die Lage , der Strand, die Bungalows, das Essen, die Liebe zum Detail und das gesamte Personal waren traumhaft! Es gibt viele Extras (Surfen, Scooter, Kajaks, Massage) und alles qualitativ hochwertig. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which meant our son had some privacy. Both bedrooms were large. The view to the hills at the rear were very pleasant with plenty of wildlife.

A relaxing. Fun get away with beautiful views and lovely waking up and seeing the sea every morning.

Beautiful location on the beach. Very family friendly. Food, staff, location were fantastic. Very down to earth and friendly staff. Lots of fab amenities … pools, gym, wave ski, paddle boards and walk to local waterfall. Would definitely go again.

Pros:

Начиная с процесса прибытия на остров персонал отеля обеспечивает необходимую поддержку гостей, информируя какой пирс выбрать (Sok San не работает в низкий сезон) и организует трансфер. В целом работу сотрудников отеля можно оценить на отлично. Все максимально гостеприимны, приветливы и готовы помочь. Есть прокат скутеров (15$ за сутки), бесплатно можно взять сапы и каяки. Есть искусственная волна. Завтрак вкусный. В ресторане разнообразное меню, включая качественную местную кухню. Уборка номеров каждый день. Хорошо оснащенный спортивный зал. Отель находится прямо на берегу,можно заказать праздничный ужин прямо у воды. Питьевая вода в неограниченном количестве бесплатно. Три бассейна позволили почувствовать себя комфортно (почти весь отдых в бассейне были одни).

Cons:

Это не является недостатком, просто нужно иметь в виду, что за оплату любых услуг картой отель берет комиссию в 3% от суммы

Пожалуй лучший отель данной категории который я посещала , начнем с заселения это первый отель в Азии который заселил сразу несмотря на ранний заезд, тут же предложили завтрак который в день заезда не входит, девочки на ресепшен Софья и Наталья невероятно доброжелательные с ними чувствуешь себя действительно на отдыхе, все вопросы которых минимум девочки решают на опережение) про сам отель: находится на лучшем пляже острова, пляж буквально с тонким ситом очищает персонал весь день, в проживание включены услуги серфинга в определенные дни и часы, сапы и каяки каждый день в любое время ваше. Завтраки потрясающие, горячие напитки не из общего котла а все готовит бармен индивидуально под заказ. По меню обед или ужин из свежейших продуктов с любовью приготовлено цены как в соседних кафе совершенно не завышены. Хотела продлить пребывание, но пришлось уехать по семейным обстоятельствам, водитель от отеля проводил до пирса, ждал пока не приедет лодка, погрузил наш багаж и только потом попрощался . Спасибо большое за такой теплый не забываемый прием, обязательно если буду в Камбодже к вам вернусь ❤️

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am weißen Strand ist wunderschön, der Strand verläuft ganz sanft ins Wasser, also ideal für Kinder (Reise mit Kind 2,5 Jahre). Der Service ist liebevoll, fast familiär. Das große Zimmer mit zwei Räumen und einem großen, gut eingerichteten Bad hat uns einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Besonders der Transfer zur Fähre wird von ganz engagierten Fahrern durchgeführt, die sich toll um das Gepäck und die Fähre kümmern trotz der wirklich schwierigen Straßenverhältnisse vor Ort. Wir haben sehr gut im Restaurant des Hotels gegessen, sowohl das Frühstück ist gut ausgewogen zwischen heimischen Spezialitäten und Continental Breakfast, es ist für jeden etwas dabei und immer frisch und liebevoll serviert. Auch die Speisekarte für das Restaurant ist sehr gut abgestimmt, Pizza aus dem Steinofen ist ebenso im Angebot wie auch sehr lecker dargebotene regionale Gerichte. Poolliegen, Strandbeds incl Sonnenschirm und weiche, frische Handtücher stehen den ohne Zusatzkosten in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung. Am Pool gibt es Spielzeug für Kinder. Der Strand wird den ganzen Tag über gereinigt, zT gesiebt ist top gepflegt.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt eingebettet in ein kleines Dorf. Es gut 2-3 Restaurants, zwei kleine Supermärkte (mit einem erstaunlichen Warenangebot, es gibt alles, was man braucht). Alles ist leider sehr ungemütlich, zum Teil hat uns der Schmutz und herumliegende Müll abgeschreckt. Es war jetzt Regenzeit und Nebensaison, das mag die Begründung sein, schade war es trotzdem, da wir uns dadurch fast ausschließlich im Hotel aufgehalten haben.

A great place to relax!
