A localização é excelente. O conforto térmico e acústico permitiram que eu dormisse bem. Eles foram gentis de deixar cápsulas de Nespresso no quarto. A limpeza é impecável.
Por não ser um hotel, precisei de um locker particular para deixar minha bagagem após o checkout, para aguardar o horário do transporte.

Era muy cómodo el alojamiento, muy cerca del centro y de todo.
La ubicación era estupenda, nos dejaron detalles de bienvenida y estuvieron pendientes todo el tiempo. El acceso fue muy fácil y todo funcionaba correctamente.
Localização, espaço, possibilidade de ter um pequeno terraço.
The location was very central, which was a big plus. However, there was a lot of construction and repair work in many streets and buildings in Porto. Because of this, it was difficult to reach the property with a suitcase, as the roads were dusty and uneven.
The room was large and comfortable. The terrace was also a nice and peaceful place to spend time. The staff were helpful and kind before and after check-in, which I appreciated.
The biggest problem was the noise from upstairs. Even small footsteps could be heard and felt downstairs. There was also a washing machine noise late at night.
Also, the bathroom was not clean enough. The towels had a bad smell, and there was no bath mat. The bathroom also had a strange smell, probably because of damp on the ceiling.
If these problems are fixed, I am sure guests will have a much better experience.

La ubicación muy buena y estaba limpio.

L’emplacement était super, tout se faisait à pieds.
Pas comme sur la photo. La chambre était dans un genre de grenier, c’était beaucoup plus petit que ce qu’on pensait, la salle de bain très petite avec de ́la moisissure dans la douche. Les murs du corridor semblaient vouloir s’effriter dû à un ancien dégât d’eau. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres.

Que ponía que tenía balcón y era un balcón cerrado con dos ventanas.
También echamos en falta una toalla para el lavabo, y para los pies al salir de la ducha. Solo había dos de ducha.
Bien situado? Acogedor tipo buhardilla.
Por destacar la cocina común, no tenía ninguna cazuela, nose si hay que pedirla o no pero no había nada.

La ducha se puede mejorar porque estaba un poco roto el mando y la mampara un poco deteriorada.
En la sábana bajera había pelos de otros inquilinos
