Worst customer service experience ever.
Cons:

This property had no running water due to a water main break. Staff told us that the manager would not allow refunds and did not offer to help us in any way. I overheard the manager complaining that he couldn’t afford to lose $20,000. What he can afford is not my problem. He chose to work in the hospitality industry and should be expected to provide decent customer service. I will never stay at this property again. There are other hotels in the area.

Dog friendly and we’ll be back!
Pros:

Dog friendly and nice space to walk dog outside.
Clean and for a dog friendly room didn’t smell like dog. Warm cookies in the lobby - total bonus. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly.

Cons:

We didn’t use the amenities so we can’t comment.

Comfortable stay and convenient.
Pros:

The room was clean, we always got extra towels and wash clothes when asked. Great breakfast and access to hot beverages 24/7. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Beds were good, but a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

The people working here are so unbelievably kind / friendly !!
Extra collapsible bed was free with room
Very good selection for breakfast
Pretty good location
