Nice hotel. Would stay again.
Pros:

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were cleaner than some others. My in-room coffee pot was broken and the replaced it while I was gone. The bed was comfortable and good pillows. The breakfast was ok, but not great. It was about usual for HI hotels.

This is always a clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always good.

Cons:

My daughter was disappointed the pool closed for maintenance as the got to it on Saturday evening. We're thankful they take cleanliness and repair seriously, it was just disappointing because we'd been promising her to go swimming all day. It did not reopen during our stay.

Cons:

Checked twice to make sure the pool was open since we were bringing our three grandkids to swim and driving three hours. We checked in, asked where the pool was, and went upstairs to unpack and get everyone ready for the pool, get down there, and it's closed. Go to the front desk for a sorry!! Can't help you. But you can leave in half an hour to get a refund. Three kids don't understand that. There seem to be a lot of issues with their pool. Not reliable!!! The front desk seemed to think that it was funny .
