Lake view

There are plenty of places with a good view. What impressed me here was everything beyond the view.
First, the location is exceptional right on Shirokë's gravel beach and immediately next to the Drini Times kayak rental center. You step outside and you’re essentially already in the neighborhood.
The accommodation itself is unusually well finished. The rooms have a beautiful, modern aesthetic, but more importantly, nothing feels flimsy or thrown together. Everything looks and feels solid, new and properly built. The design is clean without becoming sterile, and there’s clearly been attention paid to the details.

Then there’s the family running the place. They are genuinely, almost disarmingly friendly. Not the overly polished hospitality you sometimes get in tourist properties much more the feeling that someone is happy to have you around. Within a short time, I felt less like a customer and more like someone who had simply become part of the neighborhood.
One detail I particularly appreciated: the owner runs a small shop within the accommodation, and the prices are essentially supermarket prices. No tourist markup, no feeling that convenience comes at a premium.
For me, that combination is what makes Lake View stand out: a fantastic location, excellent modern rooms, honest pricing and hospitality that feels genuinely personal. You can tell when a place is being run with pride, and this is one of those places.

Great location right in front of the lake and access across the road for a swim or aquatic activities. Good restaurants nearby (walking distance). Lovely and welcoming hosts. Very comfortable accommodation and necessary stuff available.

L'accueil, le propriétaire et sa famille son très gentils. l'emplacement devant une plage. La chambre était très propre.

Absolutely incredible guest house. The hosts are so accommodating and friendly, the rooms are modern and clean, air conditioned, and it's right across the road from the beach. There's even a little shop for snacks and drinks. 100% recommend.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Alles war perfekt: Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Apartment sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den See. Cafés, Restaurants und alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders schön ist, dass man nur die Straße überqueren muss und schon direkt am See ist.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Чистая комната с очень удобной кроватью, есть терасса с видом на озеро и стоянка для машины. Хозяева очень приветливые. Нам все понравилось.

L'emplacement à proximité des restaurants et du lac, sans en avoir les nuisances : c'était très calme.
Malgré la réservation de dernière minute, nos hôtes étaient disponibles et agréables. La chambre toute neuve était parfaitement propre et les équipements fonctionnent parfaitement.

Great view to the lake from a new house, clean spaces

Beautiful view, clean, spacious and comfortable place, across the street from the beach and welcome hosts. They went out of their way to help us.

Mooie kamer met een goed bed..Heel proper! Mooi uitzicht op het meer. Prive parking. Dicht bij leuke restaurantjes. Shiroke is heel gezellig s avonds.
De eigenaars heel lieve mensen. We zijn een nachtje extra gebleven.
