The room was nice, easy access to beach and pools

Cons:

We found clothes under the sheets of the bed. Means they weren't changed. That was disappointing, we had to wash everything before we used it to make sure it was clean. The mirror in the master bath was broken, the drain in the hall bath didn't drain. The elevator was not opening on the desired floor.

The staff were very helpful
Pros:

The two windows to the two apartments rented had a lot of light coming through the windows because of the outside light. The staff covered the windows for us in order to be able to sleep. I really appreciate that.

Cons:

The light outside of the windows.

The bathrooms did not have a lot of light so we had to improvise.

Upon arrival we were great as we arrived later then our check-in time we were walked to our rooms and staff helped us settle in when we opened the room we were in complete shock how Beautiful everything is we will definitely be booking again .

Pros:

It is a beautiful location and the condo is beautiful inside.

Cons:

One of the showers mixing valve was broken and it came out scalding hot and burned us since we had no idea. The ocean is a little walk or drive but it is easily accessible. The pools are great and the staff is friendly.

E for ELEGANT!
Pros:

Was fortunate enough to stay in E807... I can only assume that the "E" stands for ELEGANT! This gorgeous end unit had all one could ask for..... Spacious and Well-appointed throughout with the best views to be had in Puerto Penasco. Amenities galore and near all of the 'must do's' of the area. Would HIGHLY recommend and will be returning soon!
