Very disappointing stay at 21C museum Cincinnati
Pros:

Location was great ! Art was nice ! Staff was helpful

Cons:

Facilities were not in good condition! Aircon in bedroom rattled each time it came on! Bathroom soap lotion containers were empty no garbage can in the bathroom few hangers in the closet. Cleaning service was slow restaurant times were limited rooftop bar was under repair.

Location great! Art and paintings we nice ! Front desk was helpful

Cons:

Facilities was not operating efficiently! Roof top bar was under renovation restaurant was closed during lunch and had limited times the Aircon system rattled when it turned on very annoying! room Cleaning was slow cleanliness of the room could’ve been better empty soap container no garbage can in the bathroom.Shower hard to operate

I was checking out and as we were checking out in the midst stopped everything to go assist another check in with bags and didn't pardon himself in anyway. Other than that very nice for the night. I didn't like it didn't have a tub
